I am SHOCKED! My cat, Ollie, has become a different cat! He is more energetic, his fur is plush and thicker than I've ever seen, he is shedding less, and his markings have increased in contrast and color, and he is playing all the time! The most interesting thing is how fast his nails are growing. I am trimming his nails twice as I often now- surely signs of optimal health. After a few months you will absolutely notice incredible transformations in appearance, vitality, and personality.
This food is truly incredible. And it shows in more ways than one.
Thank you Evo, for giving my cat the health and HAPPINESS he deserves!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sara5cats Best product for cats
This is an all meat based cat food with extremely low carbohydrates...much lower than Hill's Prescription Diet for Diabetic cats.
And less expensive too....
We feed this to all five of our cats and they love it.
This is a cat food (EVO) that isn't made with of junk.
Been feeding it for about three years now and will never switch to another brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TBSME Good for diabetic cat
I have a 12 year old diabetic cat who has done really well on this food. I was glad to find it because it is also suitable to feed non-diabetic cats, so I am able to feed our second cat the same food. Grain free and very high quality. Mr. Chewy has the best price and delivery!

by Wobbiesue Great Dry Food
I adopted a starving young cat. She was close to death when I took her into the vet. After antibiotics and being spayed I brought her home with a small bag of Evo Turkey and Chicken dry food. After two weeks her coat was looking good and she had filled out. She's now been on this food for three months. She loves it and she's the sleekest kitty. Her name:
Mademoiselle Clawdette Monet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by chippilyn NO more insulin for my cat
My 12 year old cat, Jim, needed to go on insulin in October 2013. I switched him to wet food- fancy feast because he would not eat vet prescription stuff. I have two other cats that free feed and I was worried that Jim would get into it which would not be good for him with most dry foods because of high carbs. I researched online and found high recommendation for EVO being low carb dry food so I gave it a try. Not only do all three cats love it and their coats appear much shiner but last month I was able to take Jim off insulin to see how he did because his glucose level was down so much. After a month the vet did more blood work and today informed me that he can stay off insulin and to keep doing what I am doing which is feeding him Evo for dry food- He still gets a bit of fancy feast classic because he loves that too. The price of this food is much less than insulin so I am thrilled. Highly recommend for all felines.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Selkie Beware: Recent Ingredients Change
The old EVO cat and kitten was fantastic. My ferrets have thrived on it for the past few years. I picked up another bag from a pet store recently since I had to get some other supplies--as I usually order from here--and noticed the bag looked different (yes, it was still the Turkey and Chicken cat and kitten variety).
When I got home however, I noticed the kibbles looked and smelled different. Luckily I still had an empty bag from a few months ago and compared the ingredients; essentially there is more plant matter, higher on the list, than before.
My ferrets have been eating from this altered ingredient food for a week, and I rushed one in for a possible blockage to the vet today. Turns out there was no blockage. It's still a mystery as to what happened to my ferret, but now I wonder if it is an IBD flare (she isn't diagnosed with it but it makes more sense than anything else right now) triggered by the altered food.
It doesn't make sense to me that a company can just change their formula without warning like this, especially on a food a lot people use for pets with special digestive needs. My trust in this brand is shaken.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mom2fourmore 4 cats love this, & NO cheap ingredient changes to formula ( Orijen!)
I have 4 & foster a few as well. All of my cats do very well on this brand, no stomach issues, loose stool or throwing up. It helps thier coats to be shiny & dandruff free. If its out of stock, I have gone with Orijen, the eat it but not like the EVO. Due to this current recall on this food, I've been going nuts to find a similar food for my cats . None of the other high end high priced foods satisfied them. The Orijen I usually go with has now CHANGED the formulas of all THIER dry food & they have substituted cheaper ingredients in place of the old. So with the cheap ingredients ( yet still high price!) of Orijen, my cats will be staying on Evo!! I wasent happy about the recall but, it happens & they handled it well. My cats love this food & all do so well on it that I won't be changing . 7 cats loving 1 food is almost unheard of, so it has to be good! Low carbs, high protein , no junk & the formula has stayed the same! Atleast THIS food kinda warrants the price tag, unlike others. Great food, happy healthy cats & happy Mom! 100% recommend for Dry food~

Rated 5 out of 5 by GrandpaLarry EVO is excellent cat food
I have been feeding my cat the EVO Turkey and Chicken dry cat food for over a year and he loves it.
This was the first truly 'premium' food I had ever fed to him and it has made a big difference in his fur which is a plus and minus. The minus is that he is long haired and we have been shaving him twice a year until he started eating EVO. Now we need to shave him at least three times a year.
If you are looking for a great grain-free food, give EVO a try. And, I recommend you buy it from Chewy.com as they have the best prices I have found and they ship products very quickly.
