Rated 5 out of 5Â by Blckcat24 Much Improved Health
Last March my one cat started violently chewing her leg. After visiting the vet it was determined to be a food allergy. Almost a year after the diagnosis and countless food trials this brand finally solved the problem. My poor cat had to wear a cone on her head for over a year while I tried to find something to help. Sadly the three different vets I took her to were little help and only gave her massive amounts of medicine. Not only is she not itchy but all of my cats health massively improved. Not only are they more active but they also lost weight and have a much nicer coat. Furthermore it cleared up problems my other cats were having that I didn't even realize were due to allergies. They were not big fans of it at first but they love it now! I highly recommend this product to anyone seeking better cat health and especially any kitty suffering from a food allergy.

My cats are on a "novel diet" per the vet. I started using a wet venison and pea formula, but needed a dry food for nighttime feeding. This food fit the bill. Cats love it and it works great for our new diet. Their food allergies cleared quickly with the new foods.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by cozycatlady Good alternative diet for cats with poultry allergies
I have 2 cats allergic to poultry, and one is a chicken and rice kibble addict. I have a couple brands of poultry free kibble I can get at my local stores, and there are prescription diets, but he isn't eating them as well as he should. So I looked up some other brands and found them at Chewy. The kibble addict (and the rest of the gang) will eat this one, but not as well as the lamb diet I found. Still, its worth a try, and it may work as part of a rotation, for when the little darlings get tired of what they are currently eating. This one is grain free (if you don't count peas), the first ingredient is venison meal and the third is lamb fat, so a good quality limited ingredient choice.

After fostering a shelter cat with a severe food allergy for nearly a year, this is the food that is helping her recover. Plus, she eats it with gusto as do all my special needs fosters of all ages. Skin allergy, thyroid issues, FIV+ seniors - they are all thriving on this diet. It is wonderful to find one food everyone likes and to know it is excellent quality.

I love the ingredients and my cats eat it. They get two bowls a day of premium wet food with healthy toppings, plus kibble like this out all day, so they do not eat it just because they're hungry. They just like it. If I 'drop' a couple pieces on the floor when filling their bowls they both go after them and Hoover them right up!

Thats the look I got when I gave them this food. They did tolerate the wild ocean though.
What a waste of money. So expensive.
It sounded great as so many kitties have ph issues & the crystals can be a death sentence. Good food is key. They are what they eat!
The bag is full & sittin. Just because my kitties didn't like it doesn't mean others won't. My special kitties are the rescues others didn't want. I love my kitties & will try my very hardest to provide a healthy diet.
As we all know how tough it is w/ our dollar worth about .50c.
I Love Chewy.com. Order they ship it & it comes right to your door & you don't have to drive to town to get cat food. Especially if you live way out in the sticks.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by HappyCat2 Excellent dry kibble
Just started using Feline Caviar over a week ago, so far all is well. My cat is keeping his food down and seems to like it. He would still perfer chicken over venison but he has become allergic to chicken. There are no gultens, soy, or potatoes. The magnesium level is 0.86% which is good for neutered males with struvite cystals. I have no complaints and hope he contnues to improve. This is the only cat food that address both of my cats needs in dry kibbles. I wish they had a rabbit version so I could alternate the proteins. I think I will continue to be please with this kibble.
