Rated 1 out of 5 by SnowCat Concerned with Cats' Teeth? This is NOT effective
Our male cat has had Greenies "Dental" treats every single day all his life, but he eventually developed serious teeth problems.
Since then, I researched and found out that these dental treats are too small, and that cats do not chew them with the back teeth long enough to make any difference for their dental health.
Moreover, the main ingredients of Greenies dental treats are: Chicken Meal, Wheat Flour, & Corn Gluten Meal. Since treats seem such a small amount compared to food, I had not paid close attention to them before...and I really wish I had done so. We should not be feeding those ingredients every day to our furry children.
MORE EFFECTIVE DENTAL TREATS are made of FREEZE-DRIED MEAT without Carrageenan.

Fast delivery and costs less than the local stores when I can find them in the store.

As soon as they hear the rattling of the bag, they know they're in for some goodies. They dash from all corners and hiding stops and do their best to not take my finger along with the treats. They absolutely love 'em!

I hide them in his luggaage when we are going on a trip, he hunts for them when we arrive. It helps him settle into his new location.

I have been using these since I got my cat in 2010. After I clip her nails, I give these as a reward. I do the same with my rescue cat.

Greenies to cats are like Godiva to people. I've yet to see a cat who will turn up its nose to Greenies.

Our 10 yr old cat Merlin will do tricks for these treats. He will "Paw", pulling my hand down to get at the treat, and he will do "Kisses" and take one from my lips. How many cats will do that?
