A healthy bladder starts with the right balance of vital nutrients. Excess minerals can encourage the formation of crystals in the urine, which may lead to the creation of bladder stones. Hill's Prescription Diet c/d Feline Multicare Urinary Stress Chicken & Vegetable Stew Canned Cat Food Customer Reviews

Hill's Prescription Diet c/d Feline Multicare Urinary Stress Chicken & Vegetable Stew Canned Cat Food 4.7 5 19 19
A Notch Above Other c/d Types I've Tried My entire pride of 7 cats eat c/d both wet and dry, all because one boy can't eat regular food. They never liked the c/d food as much as regular food. I found they preferred Hill's over the other big brand. The weren't wild over the c/d wet food, altho' they did prefer when I mixed in water. They would lap up the "gravy" and leave the solid food behind. I discovered this new flavor and my cats definitely like it much better than the seafood pate' or chunky chicken. A lot better. I withheld a 5 star rating because they still go crazy for "regular" cat food. I plan to try Hills' other 2 stew flavors. I don't know what the difference is between "Urinary Stress" and "Urinary Tract" in these c/d varieties. November 2, 2014
Hills saved my cat's life Crystals almost killed my cat. Hills petscription save his life November 26, 2014
Great food for any cat on a special diet. Great food for any cat with urinary tract condition. December 5, 2014
Cats Not Crazy about it My cats are not overly crazy about this particular wet cat food. They eat it, but always leave a lot in the bowl. They like other wet foods, but this particular wet food is very "soupy". Don't know if that has anything to do with it. I just notice it is much soupier than other wet foods. December 5, 2014
This new canned catfood is THE BEST!! After my cat developed stones this brand canned catfood was given to him by my Vet. Within 6wks all 3 stones had dissolved. My cat will be eating this from now on,he really LOVES this new Chicken & Vegetable stew urinary stress variety. November 27, 2014
more appealing than the regular wet food This food is certainly more appealing in smell and appearance than the regular wet food. However, beware the cans are also smaller than regular cans. Also, the texture of this food is pretty runny when compared to the regular pate style food. My cats seems to really like it - they eating it quite well. November 24, 2014
My cats gobble this up!! My vet suggested this wet food to help dissolve crystals found in Simba's urine. It has helped TREMENDOUSLY! He's no longer in pain from the condition, and is peeing normal. Thank you so much November 10, 2014
Great for picky cats with FLUTD Hi, I have a cat with FLUTD and had no success with the c/d pate style. He absolutely adores the stew versions. I purchased this urinary stress version that, according to Hills Corporate "has added L-tryptophan and Hydrolyzed Casein to help manage stress and stress related behaviors." They provided that info to me via email. It helped my cat get over an episode of cystitis. October 30, 2014
