Rated 4 out of 5 by GrandmaB They liked it! When one of my cats had a severe kidney infection, I needed to switch to a more "kidney friendly" food. Since she lives with other cats, it needed to be something they could also eat and something I could afford. I did a lot of research on low phosphorus cat food and found that many of the "over 7" foods from Hill's fit the bill and I didn't have to go to the prescription foods. Since all the cats involved are over 7, this was perfect. They all seem to like the food, but make sure they get all the gravy before starting on the chunks. They've been eating this for close to a month and they are all doing well with it. May 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by LKcatlover Definitely great... My oldest cat is 14 yrs old. He loves this Science Diet tuna chunks in gravy. I have given him Science Diet canned foods for mature adults since he "became of age" (7), but this is his favorite. April 25, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by 8furballs My cats love it. My eight cats love the tender tuna dinner. It's first come first serve for them. The late arrivals tend to miss out and get stuck with the dry food. March 14, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by GirlsMom Not successful My renal kitty ate it at first, but very quickly stopped. It would sit 24 hrs untouched. So sadly it was not appealing to either of my cats. November 8, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by fuzzysmom alternate variety for mature cats this product is also for my mature 14 yr old cat. He is beginning to show signs of kidney disease and he needed to be fed low protein wet food. He was not too willing to give up his previous selection, but his health comes first. After trying several brands on the market, this brand of 8% crude protein had better results over those with only 6.5% crude protein. They had too much filler for his picky palate. I alternate this tuna with the chicken flavor of the same brand. October 17, 2014
