Natural Balance L.I.D. Limited Ingredient Diets Green Pea & Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food
Cats love the taste
My cats are finicky and have sensative stomach (thus the need for a limited ingredient product). They love the taste and I can feel confident that the nutritional needs are being met.

This was the one!!
After going through several natural/organic, etc. brands of cat food, and with our 3 INDOOR cats all having small problems with allergies, this one fit all 3, with no side effects, or hair problems, or itchy red spots on skin! This is the only one they use now. And then some canned non-commercial brand cat food. Grain-free is good for me!

This one is never refused
My male cat especially loves this one but all 3 of my cats and my mother's cat gobble this down. All natural balance products seem to be winners in my home.

This product does well for the digestion system
One of my cats has irritable bowel syndrome and sometimes has blood in his stool. He uses the box, but sometimes leaves a little on the floor. I don't think he can help it. He prefers the chicken formula and it seems to have helped with his problem. He wouldn't eat prescription food so I got on the internet and asked an animal expert for an opinion. They recommended the Natural Balance limited ingredient. He doesn't care for the salmon formula, but loves the chicken hard food. I also bought the canned food and sometimes he will eat it and sometimes not.

Natural Balance Dry Cat Food
My kitty likes this brand--especially the fish ones! I know this is healthier than many brands.

Recommend with reservations
While my cats like this food, it isn't filling. Other dry foods I've tried satisfy their appetite. When cats are hungry they make it very clear. As a consequence you may feed them more than the guidelines, which isn't good for them or your wallet.
Just my 2 cents.

Natural Balance Green Pea & Chicken Dry Cat Food
About 30 days ago, I switched both of my 2 year old cats to natural products. Though they eat mainly canned food, they occassionally want dry food. They seem to enjoy the Green Pea & Chicken Dry Food as much as the unhealthy alternative "Friskies" brand. I feel better indulging them with a dry food that is actually good for them. I leave a small bowl out along with a bowl of water so they can graze throughout the day when I am held over at work.

My roommates' cat had been battling with allergies for quite some time. She had a growing bald patch at the base of her tail, scabs around her mouth, vomit, weight loss and a complete disinterest in being touched. She had gone to the vet twice a year for a steroid injection but we really wanted to get to the bottom of her problem. We did an at home allergy test and found out that she was allergic to fish. We tried Hill's ZD but it had a few of the ingredients that didn't sit well with her (soy) and the other hypoallergenic foods had fish oil in them. When I stumbled on Natural Balance we were really hoping it would help. Since being on this recipe she has grown all her fur back, no more scabs, no more vomit and she has gained all her weight back. In fact we are going to have to start setting meal times as they both have gotten a little hefty. She actually came up to me and pawed me this morning begging for attention, a far cry from how she used to be. These kitties have finally found a food they can stay on.
