Rated 1 out of 5 by Sedonas I'm sorry to say, our cat turns her nose up at Pride
I'm another one who was convinced by the positive reviews. And I LOVE the price, so was truly hoping the positives were accurate. I'm sorry to say, our cat (who is not terribly finicky with wet food) just doesn't like Pride. (I ordered the Trickster's Tuna flaked.) Now, in order to not waste 12 cans, we mix 1/4 Pride with 3/4 of something else. She still picks out the Pride and leaves it in the bowl.
So, I'm very sorry but I cannot recommend this. Darn.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jmarc2 Best cat food
Pride cat food is awesome! My cat used to eat meow mix for dry food and fancy feast for wet food. Finding that these foods are like junk food for cats, i found Pride, out of my research of other foods it was between Orijen and Pride (for my indoor cat) obviously Pride has much better prices, and better reviews. My cat LOVES this food, i have recommended the food to a friends cat, of whom loves it also, and has not been throwing up! Fantastic!

Rated 3 out of 5 by DinaKouveliotes Quality product however my cats disagree
My cats refused to eat either this flavor or the lamb. I left out several days in a row and they had zero interest. However they are very finicky with wet foods.

for tastiness, and creamy consistency.
It has taurine, no synthetic vitamin k, no wheat, no soy....Yee-hah!
I think, unless there is a specific nutritional purpose for all of the thickeners that are in the recipe, that two of those thickeners could be omitted and the creaminess still be in place.
However, I have been searching and researching and reading and repeating the activities just mentioned in regard to wet cat food tuna recipes for the past 8 months. So far as canned tuna:
This is top of the line.
Again, tastes yummy says our pride.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MathMarm Finally weaned my 4 cats off hard food
My cats wanted nothing but hard food to eat, but their coat quality decreased and they started to throw up their food.
This is the only brand of canned food that they would eat in the rather hasty transition I put them through. I wanted grain-free, high-protein-in-meat-form and above all else, I wanted canned food.
This finally weaned them off of the hard food, completely. They are very happy with a variety of the flavors Nature's Variety Pride offers. They don't vomit up the food and their coats are excellent! Thanks for the canned format, Nature's Variety. The frozen raw food diet never worked. This canned version does. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by rashti66 Nutritious, high quality, kitties love it
I have 4 cats. One has had urinary tract problems, one does not like canned food and one is a Bengal. Trying to take care of all their needs can be hard. Pride makes it easy. The ingredients are high quality, not fillers. Very nutritious for your cat and satisfying. Most of the canned foods did not fill up my Bengal, Pride does. And it even converted my one cat that always refused the canned food. He loves Pride! The tuna has berries which are good for my one kitty with urinary tract problems. My kitties and I love Pride.
