Rated 5 out of 5 by Westin Awesome! Finally we can sleep in peace.
There is nothing worse than going to sleep fearing that you will be woken by the putrid smell of dog feces within a few hours. Oh..yea, I suppose that finding your pup covered in his own feces (that are also plastered on the floor, crate and wall) tops that!
This was the issue we had with Maverick, our 5 month old Bernese Mt. Dog for nearly 2 months on nearly a daily basis! Despite his potty schedule, crate location (near us, away from us) or proper food transition, 5-7 times a week he would have an accident. After several fecal exams and two scripts of Flagyl (which worked, but the runs resumed immediately after the medication ran out), we were literally near our breaking point. Our 8 month old son had finally began sleeping through the night and now we had this issue to deal with.
The first thing we did in our final effort to help our poor pup, was change his dog food for a third and final time. We began feeding him a less ingredient-rich food and bought a basic, easy to digest formula; Nature's Recipe (..Our Newfie eats TOTW or Blue Buffalo, which is what Mav was eating). The accidents continued, however, but the stools weren't quite as runny. Still, the situation was terrible and we felt bad for him, plus baths, vet visits and long nights were getting old. Finally I researched probiotics and gave this product a whirl.
AMAZING!! Sanity saver!! ...
Since the third day of mixing this product with Maverick's food, he has not had any sort of accident and his stool is taking form! It has been 19 days and counting since his last accident.
For the price, the quality and quantity is unmatched in my opinion. I would highly recommend this to any canine owner whose pup is struggling with IBS/D or other sensitivity issues; especially if you have a Berner! Our big Newfie is now on the same regimen and he seems overall healthier too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Elijah41 Quality product at a great price!
For some time I've been ordering food for my Yorkie from Chewy.com, but because they don't stock the probiotic I had been using, I just continued to get it from another site. One thing that troubled me about that probiotic is that it's a small amount of powder in a bottle big enough for at least five, maybe ten times the amount. I don't like over-packaging and that in itself made me want to find something new. Plus, my Yorkie, Daisy, has pancreatitis and I have learned that pre-biotics are almost more important than probiotics for her in addition to the digestive enzymes. Last month, I decided to check out the digestive enzymes/pre- and probiotics offered by Chewy.com and that's when I found NaturVet's product. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about the quality when I found I could get more than four times the amount of product as the other stuff at a lower cost, but after doing some basic research it seemed that it had everything I was looking for and everything Daisy needs and more--more in the best way--than what we had been using before. Daisy likes it just fine on her food and I'm so thrilled to find that she's doing great since we started using the NaturVet's Digestive Enzymes. The transition was seamless. In fact, she's eating better than she was before. She doesn't seem so gassy, either, and has maintained consistent, healthy poops from the start. I wish I would have switched sooner! The canister is just the right size for the product it holds and it's recyclable, too. Now I can get all Daisy's dietary needs met in one place at Chewy.com. What's more, I can use this with my cats, too. I highly recommend this product and this site to anyone interested in high quality pet products at great prices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Steve52 great product for a dog that can no longer absorb food.
great product at a reasonable price. My dog was no longer able to digest his meals and he went from being overweight at 57 pounds overweight to being underweight at 40 pounds. He had no energy and would just lie around most of the time. He is now gaining weight and has lots of energy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by FeralMagic This product is working
I purchase this product for a feral cat I have been working with. After having given him antibiotics he had very loose stool. Within a few days of taking the Probiotic the texture of his stool has improved.
I will keep him on this product now.

One of our 2 kittens we adopted from the shelter kept having loose stool and gas. All tests for worms and parasites came out negative and we also tried changing food brands but to no avail. After using NaturVet for a week, our kitten's digestive problems have completely gone away and she also has more energy. Adding this powder to our kitten's food doesn't seem to bother her at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PARKRIDGE Unexpected Benefits!!
We used this product when converting our Airedale and Jack Russell from Kibble to Raw Meat and simply cannot believe the remarkable results. Our dogs lost all kidney/bladder stone issues, many skin problems, realized improved vision and dramatic slowing in cataract development, lowered the acid in urine, incredible increase in activity and most importantly the kids just stopped acting "OLD"! We will NEVER poison our dogs with kibble again since you cannot buy safe kibble in the USA. THANK YOU NaturVet and CHEWY!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by SantaFeDave I bought this because it has both prebiotics and probiotics
I had run out of the enzymes I have been adding to my cat's wet food and wanted to try something with a more expanded range of enzymatic benefits. I am very pleased with this product and noticed an immediate change for the better in my cat's overall appetite and digestion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MaltesePups Excellent for our Maltese with yeast problems
We added this to a spoon of cultured yogurt twice a day along with changing our $pecialty beef dog food to another $pecialty one that had limited ingredients with salmon and peas. It seems after time dogs can become sensitive/allergic to something if it's what they've eaten for an extended period of time (for ours, beef) making them susceptible to yeast issues (in ears and fur, causing itching, red paws and pink/red fur under eyes) with foods that contain things like potato or other starches that turn to sugar. After four months of the salmon and peas limited ingredient kibble and the probiotic in the yogurt, they were all cleared up, happy, furry and white again. We have a friend with a Lhasa-poo who has begun having issues with his original food so we'll be convincing them to change him over as well.
