Rated 5 out of 5 by Karly Kitties love it!
I bought this toy for a friend who just recently got a cat, and little Nyx loved it! She alternated batting at the mouse and just wrestling with the contraption as a whole. The toy emits a "mouse sound" once the mouse is swatted at, and it really kept her attention!

My kitten is very entertained by this toy. He likes to swat the mouse around and wrestle with the entire toy. He tips it over and flips it back up.

The title says it all.....meh. My bengal kitten really just does not like toys with this particular mouse design. Im not sure why, she just doesnt.
Other then her weirdness, it looks like a toy most kitties would enjoy. I think the base could be a bit heavier as well.

One of my ferrets (who I purchased this for because I knew it'd appeal to him and not his partner) loves this. The little squeak is a great touch that I haven't seen in this type of toy. I love hitting and kicking at the mouse just to make the noise myself :P

The Play-N-Squeak Spring Fling Cat Toy is a very sturdy toy. And, my cat does love to bat it around. She does, though, get bored with toys easily. But all in all, she likes it a lot!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Chosenbyacat He seems repulsed by this toy!
Looks like fun to me, and he usually loves "mouse" toys. In fact, he likes almost any toy for a short while, however, not this toy. When I try to interest him, by batting at it so that the mouse squeaks, he leaves the area. He is 2 1/2 years old; maybe a kitten would enjoy it more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dennis Sound effect bothers my cats
My cats generally like the fuzzy item on a spring toys like this. Old ones got enough play that they were in need of replacing. The cats both saw this as a replacement and would start to play with it. Once they moved it enough that it made noise they backed off. After a few iterations of play-noise-backoff, the toy now sits unused.

Rated 5 out of 5 by cathielolo My easily bored kitty still loves it!
If the base of this toy weighed 20 pounds, it would be perfect, because then it wouldn't tip over when my rambunctious kitty goes wild with it! The squeaking sound is PURRRFECT - very appealing to my baby boy, and not annoying to me.
I already turned a friend onto it and her full grown cat plays with her Play-N-Squeak Spring Fling Cat Toy, as well.
Happy holidays, everyone!
