Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets UR St/Ox Urinary Formula Dry Cat Food Customer Reviews

Purina Veterinary Diets UR St/Ox Urinary Formula Dry Cat Food 4.8 5 50 50
OUTSTANDING! I have bought this product (from my vet) for my cats for 2 years now and haven't had an issue with any bladder problems what so ever. I placed an order with thinking i would have it in about 5 business days, but the cat food arrived in 2 days. I was amazed at how fast they shipped my order. The great thing's cheaper than my vet and I don't have to drive to pick it up anymore. Thank You October 5, 2013
Meowarvelous! My neutered male kitty has had trouble with those pesky (and dangerous) urinary crystals several times in his short lifetime. Previous vet only prescribed meds. Took him to new vet this last time...who prescribed meds AND a change in food. The vet recommended a diet of both the dry and canned variety of Purina Veterinary Diets UR St/Ox Urinary Formula. My boy absolutely can't get enough of the canned, and also enjoys the dry. In other brands, by the time the bag reaches bottom, he's not all that into the flavor. With Purina Veterinary Diets UR St/Ox Urinary Formula, it seems to stay fresh for the entire bag. Improved packaging? Better quality food? Whatever it is, it works. This food does make him want to drink more, which is what they need if prone to urinary crystals. Also seems to really keep his stool firm and regular. All in all, I definitely think this food has improved his urinary health - plus he thinks it's delicious! October 14, 2013
Ordering Purina UR/ST/OX This product is the only one that helps my male cat with his urinary tract problem. Without it he builds up crystals in his tract and causes him a lot of discomfort and pain and it stops him from being able to discharge his urine. Our cat would live by the litter box because his bladder would be full but he could not go. We have tried other products and brands but none have ever helped. I would highly recommend Purina Urinary Tract formula to anyone who has a cat that has problems with crystals forming in their urinary tract which prevents them from urinating. October 17, 2013
Purina UR St/Ox... Earlier this year I had to take one of my four cats to the vet to have a blockage removed from his urinary tract. It was really bad...He almost didn't make it. However, amazingly, he pulled through. After that, my vet insisted I switch his food to Purina's UR St/Ox, which I did. Actually, even though it is expensive, I switched all four of my cats to this new cat food. I haven't had any problems with blockages since I switched. I think they like the taste well enough, but the fact that I don't have to worry about any one of my babies becoming blocked is the best feeling in the world! November 22, 2013
MIRACLE FOOD My cat, Newman, had some urinary issues with voiding. Took him immediately to the VET and she did the necessary labs with a final diagnosis of FELINE CYSTITIS. She prescribed PURINA URINARY dry food which in am now getting thru Chewy. He loves this food but you have to only feed your cat a quarter of a cup 2 times a day as they can get chubby on this diet. Vet Prescribed A few years ago our cat started having stomach issues and had to have surgery. The vet prescribed this food. We were a little nervous at first as she would ONLY eat Friskees in the purple bag, thankfully when we got this food she loved it. November 9, 2013
My cats are obsessed with this food. My vet prescribed this good after my cat was found to have kidney stones. She was originally given the science diet wet food, which she refused to eat. We switched to this and she is obsessed. My other cat with no kidney stones keeps trying to eat it and she is jealous. February 13, 2014
