My cat is rather particular and while she will eat this, she doesn't love it. This came recommended by my vet since my cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes. She will eat if she's super hungry, but only after I crush up the chunks and mix it with some tuna. She is more likely to eat all the gravy and leave the chunks.

I have two litter mates (brothers) and both are diabetic. One has been on the same amount of insulin for five years and is fat & happy. The other brother is the problem child whose insulin amount has to be changed often and has had sugar crashes. By changing from Royal Canin dry to cans, I now know what each are consuming.

We use this cat food for our diabetic cat. It really helps to regulate her insulin. She can actually go without insulin for a day or two as long as she's eating this and the commensurate hard cat food. Chewy.com has the best prices too, and they go the extra mile to get your veterinarian's approval.

Diabetic cat loves eating the gravy first, then the food. It is helping him regain the weight he lost. He would help open the can if he could!

This product is wonderful for my cat in that it satisfies her desire to have "wet, gravy-style" food in addition to the dry version of Glycobalance.

Purchased to feed a recently diagnosed diabetic feline. Major effort required to keep other cats away from her food.

This food is being ordered for my friend's diabetic cat. I asked her how she is doing and if she likes the food. Well, she said "she has no choice", but she does lick the bowl clean. So, you know how cats are. They don't always want to show what's what. But since the bowl is licked clean she must like the food. We'll know in a few months how her glucose level is after eating this food. Like the small can and the contents much more than the competitor's brand, and my vet also chose this over the other.
