VetriScience Vetri-Lysine Plus Cat Chews
This product stopped my cats sneezing in the first two days!!
I have a 6 year old Persian who has the herpes virus and has sneezed since she was born. The virus was passed to my other cat and they were both sneezing and had runny eyes. I started giving them both these treats and within two days they both stopped sneezing and their eyes have cleared up. I just wish I would have researched this a long time ago. I would highly recommend this product.

Tried new lysine treats for cats, none of them liked this brand!
I have 5 cats (between 2 houses) that I help care for. I normally give them lysine treats to help with their immune system and my one cat has a problem with her eye - lysine treats were recommended by the vet. We normally did not use this brand but since they had a bulk option I thought it was worth a try. My cats did not like the treats at all, they sniffed them and walked away. My cats can be picky but with 5 of them, you'd think at least one of them would like the new lysine treats! We will be sticking with the old brand we used....

Very good supplement
This supplement is very good as a everyday supplement to help keep your cat healthy or to help them recover from illness. My vet prescribed this for my cat suffering from a chronic sinus infection and said it was a good idea for most cats. My cat has recovered from the infection and now takes one a day as a preventative to aid in the immune system. The best part of the supplement is the cats actually like them and think they are getting a treat.

Helps both my cats
My cats have herpes, which manifests differently for each of them. These chews help Patches with her "congestion": she makes piglet noises, especially when she eats. Under my vet's instructions, she gets up to 4/day and she sounds more comfortable. Eliot's eyes bother him once in a while, and I'll notice him walking around with one eye shut. But after one serving of these chews, his eye will be open and clear in 24 hours. chewy.com's prices are the best I've found, too.

Cat would not eat this product
Cat would not eat any of three different lysine chews I bought. I finally found an oral paste that she would accept.

Convenient, easy to give treats
Our cat is a herpes virus carrier and these lysine supplements have definitely helped to reduce the amount of discharge from his eyes. He's also has less nasal congestion and seems to be breathing better. I've been giving these to him daily and I'm hoping they help prevent any full blown upper respiratory issues in the future.

A Salvation for Our Rescue Cat
I adopted a adult cat from a cat shelter that apparently has issues with upper respiratory problems. After falling completely in love with him after a month, I took him to the vet with a terrible cold. He was tested, and has a chronic respiratory problem that he soon passed on to my other cats. My husband said he had to go back because our vet bill soon doubled , tripled, and quickly grew. It was awful listening to 5 cats coughing, sneezing, and watching them all suffer. We finally got everyone somewhat healthy when my vet suggested these to see if they would help. NOT ONE SNEEZE, not one runny nose, or cough has any cat had since having my cats on these...AND THEY LOVE THEM. I will be on autoship with these because I need these in my home. They have helped to increase my cats immune systems, and for the issues George has, these are working perfectly.
I saw a bad review from someone who appears to have used these with the idea that they will cure a cold in a cat. That is not what they do. They are supplements to help boost a cat's immune system (which they have in my cats), but an ill cat needs to be vetted and brought to a reasonable level of good health, then the use of these are very beneficial.
I sincerely hope her cat is ok now, as respiratory problems can be very dire for cats, and also very contagious to other cats. So with the help of medications from your Veterinarian and then these as a supplement, a reasonably healthy life can be achieved.
