A for effort, but no deal I'm mostly OK with the ingredients in this product... not the worst, not the best but mostly good. I decided the ingredients were adequately healthy and would be willing to try this if it meant a dry food that would appeal to my cat. My cat won't have a thing to do with this. It seems he'd rather be hungry than touch it. For one, he'd probably rather have smaller kibble (his preference). Even if I mix it with tuna or drown it in tuna juice, he won't touch it (he'll eat the tuna or the juice, leaving this kibble). If I put just this in his dish, he quite simply won't eat. I know cats are all different, just like people. Maybe your furry baby will like it, but my fella says, "Heck no!" April 10, 2013
My cat likes this healthy food My cat is willing to eat this. The ingredients are very healthy and the bag reseals. August 25, 2012
Cat won't even taste. My 17.5 year old cat smells the food but will not eat it. She has problems with vomiting and for some reason doesn't even taste. She must not like the smell. She is a finicky eater. I had great hopes. July 24, 2012
Cats love it Switched our 8 year old cats last year to this food from a grocery store brand. They took to it immediately. Along with the food change, we also added a little wet food mixed with pumpkin daily and daily brushing. No more vomiting. April 8, 2014
Great price! I have been feeding my cats this brand for a while and rarely could find it on sale. It is a great quality cat food and I especially like that it is grain-free. All that for a great price! March 2, 2014
Made my cat sick After two weeks on this food I had to rush my 2 year old cat to the vet. He had blood in his urine and was peeing everywhere but only small amounts. My vet asked what type of food and if I had recently switched. I told her I was using Wellness Formula Core and she said she had seen many cats on this food with cystitis. After less than one week on Royal Canin my cat is back to normal. Note I had no problem with original Wellness formula - just CORE February 20, 2014
Great as a treat I don't think feeding kibble to cats is a good idea long term, however my kitties get this as a treat or if I have to hide a pill pocket wrapped pill in among a spoonful, and they love it! February 10, 2014
Kittens gobbled it up! Gave this to my kittens (7 month old brothers) for the first time tonight, and they loved it. They were on Wellness Core kitten formula from 8wks through 6mo, and we're transitioning to an all-life stages rotation (including Wellness Core original and a few other premium grain-frees), and this flavor has definitely made the list. They've done very well on Wellness; no digestive issues, beautiful fur, perfect health. November 13, 2013
