My Cats Love It My cats have been eating Wellness Minced Style food for a few months now, all three are on an all-wet food diet (due to some health reasons of one cat and you know you can't just feed 1 cat wet food). And I've seen fabulous results from switching away from a Hard Food / Wet Food combination diet to an all-wet diet. The morsels are small enough and there is the perfect amount of gravy. Since switching them, I've seen these results: Weight Loss, More Energy, Less Dandruff, Soft & Shiny Coats and litter box odors are less offensive. Also, the Chicken is a good choice if your cat suffers from Struvite Crystals or LFUTD due to lower ash and magnesium. My only gripe is the price, I wish there was some sort of rewards program or discount for purchases! November 13, 2013
Love It I have 6 hybrid cats. All the cats will eat this except the savannah. He won't touch any canned food. The other 5 absolutely LOVE this food. They get very excited the minute I open the can. They actually run over each other trying to get to a food dish. They all get seperate food dishes....there's no sharing when it comes to this food. So glad Wellness has introduced some canned foods that aren't pate. These guys won't touch pate. Wish it came in the larger cans since feeding 5 large cats with this size can is costly. Thus my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Most households have more than 1 cat and I understand the small cans bring in the most profit but they really should offer a few more varieties in larger size cans. August 19, 2013
Love it My cat is 14 years old. This food has changed her life. Her skin looks better, her energy is better, her eyes are brighter. :) July 3, 2013
The food is the perfect size for their little mouths. It has gravy for moisture. It is made with very healthy ingredients. This food is the right size, has gravy for moisture, has healthy ingredients, and my boys love eating it. It does not have a high fat content which is good for my bigger boy. After just a few months,he is lighter and more active. January 9, 2013
Wellness Minced Chicken Catfood Our Ragdoll was sick and the vet said she needed to have a cat food without fish bi-products and chemicals and all. So we searched for one, and Wellness doesn't even have gluten. After a week she started getting better, she plays more, and now after a few months her fur is softer and she doesn't seem to have so much dander. The Wellness is expensive, but I'm thankful to be able to give her food that's real. She is worth it. December 14, 2012
excellent I am transitioning my kitties (4) off dry food per my vet and my own research. (dry food can gave kitties crystals - a very painful condition) All my kitties love this Wellness Minced Chicken Dinner Canned Cat Food. I recommend it highly. Thank you. November 13, 2013
Gets eaten This isn't my oldest cat's favorite, but he does finish it up, which is the key thing and it helps me keep a bit of variety in the mix so he doesn't get bored. These grain-free foods are a bit too expensive to have them turn their noses up. ;) Our youngest rescue is a dry food addict, and he refuses to touch this, so it's not high on my list of choices. But if your cat likes the "minced in gravy" types of fancy feast/friskies/whiskas, and you're trying to get them over to grain-free, this is a good copy of that preparation - clearly with much better ingredients. Top of the line I have two British Short Hairs who tend to get goopy eyes and have nasal congestion partly caused by the short nasal passage. I did hours/days worth of research and decided that they need to be on 100% grain free food and needed a majority "wet food" diet. I started comparing ingredients and decided to let them try a few of the top rated, grain free, canned cat foods. Of the 7 different brands/products this is the only one that they would eat that had only good ingredients and the goopy eyes cleared up within a couple days, sans eyedrops. My girl still wants dry food but even the grain free dry foods I've tried tend to give her the eye problems, Wellness Core included. January 30, 2013
