Like real chicken soup! My cat lap it up, and their coats, on Weruva (cans, only), looks and feels amazing. My vet agrees, too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shwap High protein my kitty loves
My cat was starting to put on a little weight -- even with weight control food. My vet suggested I try a high protein wet food and see if it helped.
After some research I went with Funky Chunky. My cat was skeptical at first (especially of the vegetables), but after mixing in some of his old wet food he came to love this. He gets excited every day when I get home and leads me straight to the canned food for dinner. It has worked really well to help control his weight as well as being something he loves.

Ok, I'll admit it... I am the Crazy Cat Lady. I have many cats in my home. I treat them as if they were my "kids". I will only feed them food that i would consider edible. WERUVA food is fabulous!! The pumpkin has kept the crystals found in my cats urine under control. The kitten dry food is purrfect for my elderly residents along with the new little meowzers!! The only complaint found is the one ALL kids have with dinner --- PEAS!!! They do not like the peas!! Otherwise, thanks for making such purrfect food for my meowzers!!!

by Jiyoung My cats prefer grandmas chicken soup
I recommend Weruvas grandmas chicken soup recipe over this. I bought both of these recipes and this one had too many peas! Even my chubbiest cat who usually licks bowls clean left some peas. Weruvas chicken always seems to be stringy but my cats love the broth and most times they will eat up the chicken. My cats are on Orijen dry food and they get a can of wet food once a day.

I have three cats and two of them love this food unreservedly. My picky miss eats around the peas. I've noticed that a lot of cat food now have peas in them, and she eats around the peas in every food that has them.

I have an older cat in kidney failure with a fussy digestive system and am happy to have this product to feed him. My vet just mentioned that Weruva is adding (or going to add) carageen to their foods and she wants me to watch the ingredients carefully. She says that the company may not list carageen as an ingredient. Does anyone know if this company has started adding carageen to their foods, but not placed it on the label? I need to do more research, but thought I'd see if anyone is aware of this change in the product. It's a GREAT product and I love getting it through Chewy.com

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jameson1987 Cats are not as fond of this formula
I have been using the Weruva line for a few months now. I started out using the Paw Lickin' chicken and they LOVED it, then I tried this formula and they don't really eat it all, I have to smash the peas up and stir it in. I usually end up throwing some out. My cats are just used to me giving them their way. I know the food is great, but I don't think this is for my three! Gonna try a couple other flavors!

Love the fact that you can SEE the chicken and veggies in the Weruva food and it smells really good. The only suggestion would be that it could be a bit more juicy since it's called "soup". (I have a girl that prefers a gravy). But everyone eats it all, so it's well worth it.
