Weruva Mediterranean Harvest with Tuna Canned Cat Food Customer Reviews

Weruva Mediterranean Harvest with Tuna Canned Cat Food 4.3 5 27 27
Half the can is water! Cats reject NEW formula. The photo on the Chewy website still shows Weruva Mediterranean with tuna and vegetables, just as this product has been for 3+ years since I first got my 2 British Shorthairs. What recently arrived, however, is a new formula without vegetables and the "gravy" is as thin as water and fills half the can. So it is now just water with some tuna. The cans still arrive in cardboard packs that say "and vegetables" but a black magic marker has crossed those words out. My cats used to love this food and now they won't touch it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. July 16, 2013
where're the veggies? We have been buying this flavor routinely for more than a year. Our boys love it. But the last shipment we received in June has no veggies and lots of gravy. Why the change? I also see that it is currently out of stock. Yikes, what will our guys eat now. June 25, 2013
They like it! They REALLY like it! I foster, so we have a lot of palates to satisfy here. We first tried Weruva when a friend dropped off a case of the Paw Lickin' Chicken. It was a big hit, so we ordered more of the PLC and tried a case of the Mediterranean Harvest, too. OMG!! One of the gang actually sits up and begs as soon as I zip the top off of a can! (I guess her sniffer can tell the difference between this and the PLC) Another will muscle slower eaters away from their bowls when she's done with hers. There's never a scrap left in any of the bowls... and there were 9, here at the Casa, when we first tried it! As with the Paw Lickin' Chicken, the Med Harvest looks and smells good enough for me to eat! We're trying a third flavor with our next order. March 11, 2012
Best cat food ever My elderly cat just nibbles at most food and it is very hard to keep weight on him. Over the last few months I have been feeding him Weruva and he just gobbles it all down. He has gained a very important pound and seems years younger. We both particularly like the consistency that is very saucy but with real meat to chew on too. Eliot leaves the peas, but otherwise says, "two paws up". August 31, 2012
Great food; they love it Unfortunately, my 17 year old female cat is in end stage kidney disease. Weruva is perfect for kidney issues - She loves it. I have 2 adoptees of undetermined advanced age who love it and need the great nutrition and health protective properties. Plus, it looks and smells good enough for people to eat!* Nick OKC * 'not people food' July 6, 2012
Too much water, no meat ! New formula is just water! I am very disappointed ( my cats too!) and will not buy this anymore, waste of money. August 14, 2013
