I began using the regular World's Best Cat Litter with my previous kitty before she passed, and she and I really liked it. (Prior to that, we had been on the pine pellets, but I stopped using that because I was tired of dumping pee-soaked sawdust and it did nothing to mitigate the smell of solid waste.) When I adopted two more cats over a year later, then I started to notice how badly the clumps would all apart. It didn't seem to take long for the entire area to develop a lingering cat-pee smell, even after cleaning the litter box, because those clumps broke up so easily and the urine-soaked particles stayed constant until I changed out the litter entirely. Eventually the lightbulb came on to move up to the multiple cat formula, and it's a game-changer. I really appreciate how the charcoal activates when they use it and it really controls the odor, and clumps like a champ. I'm still transitioning from the original formula, so there is a mix, but I only expect it to get better as the composition changes entirely to the multiple cat formula.

Rated 2 out of 5 by AmmyRose Really wanted to like this product
I wanted to try a new litter for my 3-year old cat who recently developed asthma. For reference, I normally use Dr Elseys but sometimes steer away from clay-litters. While I found The World's Best Litter (Scoopable, Multi-cat) to be low in dust, the smell is foul. It also seems to take a long time for clumps to form properly, which means if you have multiple cats or a pee monster of a cat, the newly formed clumps fall apart and create a mess in the clean box. It seems to track quite a bit, perhaps because it is rather light.
I would recommend also mixing half of this litter with your regular/previous litter, as my cats would not use a fresh box of this at first. Changes in litter texture, smell and color can require adjustment for fussy cats (i.e. My 2).
- Good price
- Low dust
- Smell, especially where urine is concerned
- Speed of clumps "drying" means messy litter-change

by ClosetSamples Clumps really well!
arrived just in time for litter box cleaning so I was able to use it immediately. There is no fragrance that comes from this litter that I noticed. I generally like the Tidy Cats with Glade fragrance in it because it helps keep the house smelling fresher with the added fragrance. Of course, this is just a personal preference since I like highly fragranced items in general.
As far as the litter quality goes - I have no complaints! We've only been using it for a few days, but with so many cats, litter is cleaned quite often and regularly around here. I found that this litter clumps nicely. Unlike some cheaper brands, it doesn't crumble into a nasty mess when you're trying to scoop it. Also, I haven't found any urine soaked litter stuck to the bottom of the box. That's usually the biggest (and grossest) issue I have during litter box cleanings. So clearly this is a pretty nice quality litter and isn't too badly priced. Needless to say, at the end of the day, I would certainly recommend it! And judging by the cats reaction, they seem to like it as well!

This is great kitty litter! World's Best is the first litter I have used that doesn't make tons of dust. Dust is minimal to none. Normally I get unscented litter because I can't stand the perfumey scented litter. Well the first time I bought World's Best I ordered the scented litter by mistake but find that the scent is nice and light and not at all offensive. Now I kind of ping back and forth between the scented and the unscented. Clumping power is excellent! I have only found one other litter (a clay litter) that clumps as well and that litter made lots of dust. I have multiple cats so clumping power is very important. And because it clumps so well I find that World's Best litter lasts longer than most other brands because so little of it gets wasted. And I must mention Chewy's excellent shipping policy for kitty litter - you don't wind up paying more than the cost of the litter in shipping and nearly always receive my shipments within 24 hours of my order. And Chewy's prices are the best. Thank you Chewy!!!

I found World's Best on my search for a dust-free litter that is natural, safe, and has excellent odor control.
This litter certainly delivers on being dust-free but the odor control was very very disappointing - even when I tried mixing with the brands lavender scented litter.
I really wanted to like this litter since its natural and does not create a cloud of dust, so I kept using it despite the poor odor control and poor clumping (which was more like that pasty, crumbling) BUT the last straw was bugs! I started to see these small black, 6 legged insects all around the litter area as i cleaned. I could not figure out what it was for several weeks, until I looked into the the bag and saw them all throughout the litter. After a google search on what this could be, I discovered that corn/plant based litter notoriously has this issue. So everything got cleaned and dumped (including the brand new full bag of Worlds Best that was just purchased). My search a great litter continues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Granny This is the best litter I've used
It clumps very well and the litter box stays cleaner. It is not as dusty as the other I have used.

I tried this litter before years ago, didn't like it, but decided to try it again recently and I'm still not impressed. I bought a smaller bag so it didn't break the bank but I expected more. Clumps amazingly but tracking all over the floor and odor control is nonexistent! I am not a fan.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AM2016 Mostly Great Litter but it is Dusty!
I like this litter a lot because it can be flushed in the toilet and does not stink of chemicals or ridiculous perfumes. It is not great on odor-control when it comes to daily stinkers! Nor is it anything close to 99% dust-free - that is patently false advertising. However, it is the best I've found.
For anyone showing photos of "new" litter in box and "three-week-old" litter as dust I say, clean your litter box more regularly - I'm surprised your cats use the litter box at all.
