Great Product, Price Keeps Going Up
I already wrote a review for Acana Pacifica, praising it for how great my two Boxers do on it. However, the price keeps going up every couple months. I contacted Champion via email and got a standard textbook response that "Due to rising costs of ingredients..." blah blah. No doubt it is a great food, but I have since switched to Fromm Grain free and am now including that in my rotation since the price per lb is the same and it is also an excellent food.

Dogs love it!
I have 3 dogs whose digestive systems are not the same. The Acana products seem to agree well with all of them, but, this grasslands product is even better than the others. They are all healthy and happy now.

Summer loves it!!
I thought I'd try Acana for my Saint Bernard - Summer. I had her on another higher quality food and she was losing weight and hungry all the time. Since changing to Acana, she's gained and stayed at a nice 136 lbs. And she loves the food and can't wait until it's feeding time!!

Great product for the long run
Buster has been on Grasslands since we found him in our yard 9 months ago. He is the picture of health now, thanks to vet care and Grasslands. His coat virtually gleams! He has energy to the max and is now a very happy almost 2 year old dog.
Thank you, acana, for a healthy, grain free alternative to super market dog foods. It is definitely worth every penny.

A healthy choice for your pet
ACANA Grain Free dog food literally save my pet's life. Her allergies were so bad we thought for a couple of days that she was going to die. Her skin was whelped and kidneys were not functioning properly. Allergy test were inconclusive. We tried ACANA Grain Free from the advice of a pet food store clerk. It saved NINA's life. I order it from Mr. Chewy on line because of the convience, price and reliability of Mr. Chewy. Nina is healthy now and her coat looks great. We have told others about ACANA and Mr. Chewy. Experience pays off through word of mouth as it did in our case, which saved our dog's life. Thanks ACANA for a wonderful product. Acana is not sold near us, that is why we are grateful to Mr. Chewy for their services as well.

I love the Champion Pet Foods company. Unfortunately, this food did not agree with my Yorkie or my Yorkie/Maltese mix. Both developed a rash on their tummies & my Morkie was constantly biting/scratching her paws. I know that Champion changed the formula of their Acana line of food (June 2012). My pups did really well on Grasslands prior to the formula change. I still haven't been able to pinpoint exactly what ingredient in the new formula caused their allergy.

Love Acana
Both my boxers thrive on Acana grain-free food... I rotate the different proteins with no problem. They have super shiny coats and love the way it tastes. I highly recommend their food! Well worth the cost.

Quality Ingredients and Great Company
Acana is one of the very few companies that use human grade ingredients in their food. They have NEVER had any recalls and have great customer service. My Silky Terrier and Yorkie have sensitive tummies so Acana is a great choice. They love the grain free Grasslands and in just 8 months of eating it, their coat shines, all skin issues disappeared. In fact, my 13 year old Silky Terrier has an abundance of energy and is healthier than ever.
