Rated 5 out of 5 by Product Changes Our dog is diabetic, and to supplement her diabetic food, with the help of our vet, we searched for a high-quality food. After months of her refusing to eat what we gave her and what we made, we found Acana Wild Prairie, She loved it. It is now no longer available. The Meadowlands is "supposed" to be virtually the same as Wild Prairie, but its not to our dog. She has now refused this for three consecutive days and now we are off on another expensive, stressful quest to see if we can find something she will eat that's good for her. It may be personal to me, but I find it extremely upsetting that a perfectly acceptable product that apparently is successful, changes. Does anybody remember the New Coke? May 23, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by No more irregular bowel movements I was feeding our husky mix a different brand that seemed to be marketed towards huskies, but he was having irregular bowel movements along with bad consistency. He has a sensitive stomach, so he only eats his food and his treats. Once we slowly switched him completely over to Acana, his bowel movements became regular and the desired consistency. He's been eating Acana now for 3 months and his stomach and bowel movements have stayed healthy. My wallet is happy that it's only about $7 more than what we were feeding him. May 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product I have two Siberian Husky they love eating Acana both of them or picky eaters May 26, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Food My English Bulldog is allergic to everything, but this food does great with him! He has finally stopped having red skin, and is no longer losing his hair. May 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by We love ACANA! Our Bernese Mountain Dog has a sensitive stomach and other grain free brands/formulas helped him out, but Acana has made an enormous difference in his digestive health. We feel good about feeding him food sourced from whole animals and with limited ingredients. May 16, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Qualify products sell themselves. I am impressed with this product. I was so excited to come across this brand. It has quality ingredients, vitamins, minerals, veg, fruit, protein etc. My dogs are beside themselves with eagerness to eat each day. They digest this food very well. It is a winner on all fronts for us. May 15, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great product After going crazy researching all about the dangers of low quality dog food, I decided on Acana for our Yorkie puppy. I don't have the time or desire to cook meals for our pet, so hard kibble was the best choice for us. I was concerned about not using a food specifically for puppies, so I called Acana. Their customer service was fantastic. I was reasured their all life stages Acana Regional line was perfectly fine for dogs of all ages. Our breeder had him on an inferior puppy food with grains and fillers. I took about 2 weeks to gradually transition the puppy to Acana. We haven't had any problems at all and he loves it. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I have to use a meat hammer to break up the kiblle. I wish Acana's puppy line with smaller kibble was available in the USA. I'm going to try the Acana Ranchlands also to give him some variety. Stools are solid and not very smelly. No noticeable gas as some others report. I think that may come from over feeding. Shipping from Chewy is incredibly fast. I'll be sticking with Acana and Chewy.com February 3, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent food I have been feeding Acana Wild Prairie to all of my dogs for a couple years and they love it. It's easy to transition to it as well, since it is such a high quality food, so starting a foster dog on it is a breeze. I have also switched the cat over to the kitty version. May 10, 2016
