Good Quality, truly biodegradable bags
We just bought a puppy and wanted eco-friendly bags that would not add more waste to the environment. These bags are biodegradable and made from corn. They do not tear or rip so reliable.

Must have for any recyclopath!
These are great compostable bags for anyone doing organic recycling. They are sturdy and large enough for my rottweiler mix dog. I hang them from a hook and grab a couple as we head out the door. LOVE THEM!

We use them all the time for our two dogs. They serve the purpose well!

Not good for me
I bought these bags to use in my kitchen scrap container so I could empty it into the larger scrap/compost container and not have a mess every time. The biodegradable bags would have been great in the outside compost but the bags were much smaller than I expected and way to small for my little counter top kitchen scrap container. The advertised dimensions are deceiving but I don't think that was intentional.
I am sure they would be just fine for picking up dog waste.

Great product - does what it says!
We have tried several brands of waste bags and have been happiest with these. We love the two holes at the top which make hanging the bags simple and also love that one bag releases easily from the rest of the bags. No ripping of bags, which is so wasteful. These are also the best we have tried as far as odor control. The bags are black, opaque, and very sturdy. The fact that they can be composted is an added bonus! A bit expensive, but if you've ever trekked a mile or two with stinky waste bags, the extra money spent on these will seem worth it!

These are great
Completely aside from being environmentally responsible, these are great bags. They are strong (never had one rip, or open at the seam). They are a silky kind of material which makes them much nicer to jam into a pocket than the cheap kind that are very plasticy and harsh to crumple up.
These particular ones I prefer to the rolled ones (since I don't use one of those bone dispenser things) because they are shaped differently and hold more. The rolled version have more of a star shaped bottom where these are straight shaped (like a zip lock).
The little enclosure hole thing is handy, but I usually just tie them - there is plenty of length for that and they tie super easily. I have a little trash can for dog poo specifically and the bags really contain the smell very well.
I highly recommend them!
