Blue Buffalo Basics
My very picky Dogs eat this food! They love it! We tried several different brands & flavors and they would leave the food sit for a couple of days. Now they eat right as their bowls are filled!

sick NO MORE
My dog Tish was sick for about a month with horrible diarrhea. After 3 visits to the vet, and nothing was working, the vet suggested that put her on a limited ingredient diet. I decided to try Blue Buffalo and within ONE day, Tish was totaly back to normal. The dog food that she was on before was a high quality one with no soy, corn, nor wheat. For some reason, she must have developped an allergy to something else in that particular dog food. Blue Buffalo Limited Ingredients cured her sickness!

Just tried it and seems good.
I have just tried this to replace a higher priced food of similar ingredients. This one has a few more things making it sound like it is more nutritional. Hoping this is a good replacement. Very happy with all Buffalo Blue foods.

Using this product in young dogs avoids future problems
I am the foster mom of two lovable pit bulls. They are 2 and 3 years old. I tried other Blue Buffalo dog products and even though they loved them all, I noticed their stools were very soft. I switched to the Blue Basics and voila, all is well. The dogs love this brand as well. I don't know how long I will have my babies but I want them to get the very best. And, it can't hurt to be put on a more basic diet early in the game to avoid problems developing in the future. I highly recommend this product.

Try this
I purchase this product in the large bag which feeds my "Buddie" for 3 months. Half way through the bag my Buddie becomes seemingly bored with his meal. Long story short; dry food stored in non air tight containers gets stale and less tasty.

Great for those with food sensitivities
My 8 year old pug started having major issues with food allergies to the point he needed to be hospitalized. We started him on a completely bland diet of boiled rice and chicken and eventually moved him on to this food and we have had no issues since. I highly recommend for anyone who has a dog with food allergies or sensitivities.

My dog loves it!
This is a great product at a great price. I switched to BBlue Basics Turkey and Potato from EVO because I was looking for a less-expensive, but still high-quality food for my dog. I was not disappointed!

grain-free
I initially tried Blue Basics because my lab mix pup was having difficulties tolerating even Orijen. She would throw up, become lethargic, and then not eat. Blue Basics has the least amount of ingredients, is simple, and she loves it. She hasn't been sick since I started her on it.
