Our picky-eater dog loves this! Our 10-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Blade, eats more like a cat... very picky, tends to leave his dry kibble in the bowl and just graze throughout the day. He gets half a can of wet food for dinner. Usually, he'll leave it in the bowl until the urge strikes sometime later that night or even the next morning. When I feed him Blue Buffalo Lamb, he digs right in and doesn't come up for air until the bowl is licked clean. I know it's a healthful food, too, so we're both happy with this choice. July 21, 2012
Excellent Food For Your Dogs My two Yorkshire Terriers (Dorkie Yorkies) are fussy eaters, but they do not even come up for air when presented with Blue. They love it!! Excellent nutritional dog food. July 7, 2014
Good dog food, but contains a bad ingredient -- SALT!!! This is good dog food except for one thing -- it contains SALT, which is very bad for dogs and cats!!! Salt reeks havoc on their kidneys!!!!!!! Take out the salt from this product and you'll have excellent dog food! April 18, 2014
Rocky's Happy With Blue Buffalo Lanb Dinner, So I'm Happy With It I have a fussy eater on my hands, my German Shepherd Dog, Rocky. I've tried everything: Science Diet, IAMS, Purina, Eukanuba, Pedigree, Gravy Train, you name it. He'll eat it, if I leave it in his bowl long enough, but I don't get the impression that he really wants to eat any of that stuff. Blue Buffalo Lamb Dinner is another story, altogether; the Rock Dog tucked right in, no "burying it" with his nose, or any of his usual know, like kids will do...burying their liver under their mashed potatoes. The food is pretty pricey, over $2.50 for a 12 oz. can, which is a small can for a 100 pound doggie. But I can't deny likes it. I'll try a couple other varieties...give him a little variety, see if he likes them. April 8, 2014
BLUE PROVIDES A GREAT HEALTHY DOG FOOD ....and Chewy provides great service getting it to you! Have never experienced such fast and efficient service. THANK YOU! March 19, 2014
Healthy product recommended by my vet. This food is my pet's favorite. It doesn't produce gas in her tummy and as a senior dog, ease of digestion is important. She is energetic and in good health at age 15. February 22, 2014
Blue Buffalo Canned Dog Food has given my dog a new lease on life! I have a 12 year old Greyhound/Shepard mix. She stopped eating Moist and Meaty dog food on her own (it's filled with preservatives), so I did a little research and found Blue Buffalo Canned Dog Food. She went from sleeping all day and not eating to relishing her meals! She likes every kind of Blue Buffalo I've given her. She's happy and frisky again, and gaining her weight back. Thank you, Blue Buffalo, for prolonging my best friend's life! February 5, 2014
My dogs would not eat the canned items. I have 2 grown labs. Even though it was expensive I had heard so much on TV I order a kit of mixed items. I did not count the number of cans but of the entire box they only ate 3 cans. I was very put out with my dogs but as I said they would not eat the meat. My female lab ate two cans and my male only one. I waited a few days then gave them another can deviding it in case they did not eat it. It set there until it turned rancid. I kept trying a can for each day and I had to through them out. Knowing how expensive it was caused me some concern. Why would they not eat it. I did give them the dry food and if I mixed it with what I normally feed them they would eat it. The only thing they ate with gusto was the snack sticks. I am sorry I had hopes especially at the cost but it was a virtual loss for me. January 2, 2014
