Wow, finally a safe and flavorful treat for my Golden Retriever puppy. You must be sure to give to your dog outside or a surface that's easily cleaned. No carpets. The ends wear down slowly and don't just disconnect. Thus eliminating a choking hazard. Saying that, I would still supervise your dog while chewing this barbell. I would say she eventually got tired of chewing after 30 minutes. There was plenty left for another day. Highly recommend for heavy chewers or teething. I think this barbell helped her expend some energy in order to allow her a much needed nap. Absolutely love.

These are small and very thin; much thinner than expected from the description and the picture. They don't last nearly as long as others we've gotten for our dog.

These are very small! Good for a quick chew through.
Personally, I prefer a longer lasting product.

I have really small dogs and they ate these up with in an hour. I'm going to stick to the bigger stronger ones.

I was surprised by how skinny and tiny these are. Jelly Bean loves them. Of course she's never had a Bully Stick she didn't love. The barbells are great since you can let your dog finish it til the end without them choking on it or swallowing a piece without chewing. She's a Mini Pin/Chihuahua/Pug mix with a small mouth. This wouldn't last long at all on a dog with a strong bite.
