by Annrki A company with a conscience
I buy from this company whenever I need dog food because I know they treat the animals humanely at the farm. They don't give them unnecessary antibiotics and are not factory farmed. I started a foster poodle who has kidney issues on this an she loves it. Add a little hot water and she has a nice warm meal. The company told me it's not a complete meal on its own, so you should add vitamins to it. But the protein is only 9% which is great for kidney issues. Would definitly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WebbedFootDog Four Paws up for this canned food!
My favorite use for this is to use a cake decorator bag, squeeze half a can into a Kong, add some Zuke's treats and then freeze the Kong over night! My Lab goes INSANE for this! And the best part is that now I can share the can with our newly rescued cat! I love it that they can both eat the same canned food because it's just meat and not a lot of awful other stuff!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Catpanion No more worrying if they eat each others food
This food is fabulous. Both cats and dogs love it and it is healthy healthy healthy for them with no glutes, or junk. Definitely the way you make it at home if you had the time and did not clean constantly......

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cheri029 Great product
I'm very picky about what my dogs eat and Canine Caviar is one of my favorite canned dog food brands. I use their canned as a topper for kibble. It has a great consistency almost like pate only a little moister. It doesn't stink. I love that it does not contain any Carrageenan (controversial product used to gel up pet food). I've used it for several years and have never had any issues with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AJAY Helps to get my dog to eat more of his regular food.
My Fourche Terrier has IBS. Sometime he doesn't want to eat. He also needs to eat just before going to bed, if he goes too long without eating he will throw up in the morning. Then he doesn't want to eat at all. I mix this in with his dry Canine Caviar and he eats it more readily. When he is happy, I am happy. Yes I would recommend this canned Canine Caviar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by dshell33 Great healthy dog food!
My Golden Retriever loves this food. I mix half the can in with his limited ingredient dry food twice a day. It's important to keep the leftovers in a sealed container, otherwise it dries out and gets nasty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mabel7 Good for one feeding.
This food is incredible as far as quality goes and if you use up the can in one serving for multiple pets or large ones, you will probably be fine. I served it the first time a few days ago and my 3 cats loved it. The problem was when I got the remainder half can out of the fridge for their dinner. If you nuke it even to bring it to room temperature, it becomes a muddy mess. None of my cats would eat it. I will continue to use up the case on their one serving, but because I will lose money by throwing out the remainder, will not buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maltipoo Produces possibly best stool ever . . .
The smell of this product is a bit overpowering for canned food (the can is cold processed so the contents are actually pink) and you can see the little pieces of sweet potato. This product is for supplemental feeding so I mix it with the corresponding open sky kibble from Canine Caviar. Her stools are near perfect on this product (regular, solid, near odorless, can be picked up with nothing visible on the ground). And this is coming from a dog with a very sensitive digestive system and we have tried dozens if not two dozen different dog foods probably. If you have a pet that has a sensitive digestive system, I would highly recommend Canine Caviar.
All the cans we received from Chewy were in fine shape. No dented cans here and well packaged.
The only reservation I have of this product is that it is canned by Evangers under private label (obviously, with Canine Caviar being a boutique brand, they don't actually manufacture their own food). Evangers also has their own canned game meats, but just at a cheaper price, which makes me wonder if it is pretty much the same product with just a different label.
