Rated 5 out of 5 by eastcoastgal My dogs can't wait to dig into the sausage links.
My dogs crave the all-beef sausage links and always know when they're getting their favorite dinner because they stand right next to me as I am opening the cans.

I always try to give my dog a variety of flavors because he does so much better when I do. He enjoys the beef sausages. It is very easy to put meds in the little sausages. I'm curious about feeding him spinach and potatoes but he seems to enjoy this formula too!

by Carlie56 Highly recommend this product!
Otzi, my German Shepherd, has an extremely sensitive digestive tract, and is not what I would consider a food motivated dog. I have spared no expense and tried every grain free dry and canned food product made to find a combination that he will eat, and that will agree with his system. FINALLY, I tried Ultramix with his dry food and not only does he lick his bowl clean, but the combination agrees with him. I ask a lot of him during the winter when we skijor together, so I need him to eat a quality diet that will meet his physical requirements. He is a picture of physical perfection with great body condition, glossy coat, happy and playful character, but most of all, his mom is happy!

The sausages in this food are big and look like little meatballs. My large GSD loves this food and has no problem at all eating it. A small dog might have trouble eating these large chunks but I suppose you could chop it up for them. Before serving this food to my dog, I microwave it for 30 seconds. You can see lots of green spinach in the food, but I never noticed any sweet potatoes. Maybe they are ground up in the sausage chunks. This food is great because it is grain free & chicken free but, most importantly, my GSD loves it!

I have a paid membership subscription to a dog product rating review board that list this product among the five best nutritional dog foods on the market today.
Having said that, the only drawback I have with this product is the large bite size for my terrier friends. I have to cut it down to a smaller size which isn't too big a deal, only takes a couple of minutes.
My two terriers love this product and gobble it down in a flash. Of all the some dozen food products I have fed them over the past year none have come even close to being eaten consistently day after day like this one.

I just switched to this brand of wet dog food. Harry, a Malshi, devoured his first serving. The Dog Food Advisor gave this dog food its top rating of 5 stars. The only drawback is the size of the sausages; I have to cut them in half for Harry. I alternate this product with Castor and Pollux Natural Ultramix Indulgent Mix Duck and Venison, Green Beans with Minnesota Wild Rice In 2012, Castor & Pollux was acquired by Merrick Pet Care, Inc. Merrick's also manufactures 5 star products.

I have four dogs but one really gets excited when I open a can of UltraMix. He races me to his feeder waiting for me to place the bowl. Each dog has their own bowl but if he knows this food is in another bowl he tries to hurry so he can get to it. I feed them a variety of canned food and will probably keep on order.

Rated 5 out of 5 by huskey1965 This product is chicken and grain free.
I have an older dog and she is having trouble eating dry dog food. She has allergies with chicken and grains. Since I began her on this product, she now gets out of bed each morning looking for her food and just as excited for her evening feeding too.
