As the top choice of veterinarians, Merial Frontline Plus provides fast-acting, long-lasting flea and tick control for your dog. Within 12 hours of application, Frontline Plus should not only kill all of the fleas, but also break the life cycle to prevent future infestations. It’s proven to kill all life stages of 4 major tick species, including those which may carry Lyme disease.

When you apply Frontline Plus, the active ingredient, fibronil, is stored in the oil glands beneath the skin. It is then distributed continuously to the skin and hair of your pet through the hair follicles. Frontline Plus offers total protection for 30 days. It’s waterproof, so your dog remains protected during and after baths and rainstorms. For dogs 23 to 44 pounds.

Frontline Plus Flea & Tick Treatment for Medium Dogs (23-44 pounds) Customer Reviews

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 102 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Why not Chewy's? We used to get our Frontline from our vet and then saved more money by ordering it online but NOW we just get it when we need it from Chewy's....the most user friendly site on the internet today. It is so easy that I spend less ordering more on this site than most other things. Thanks Chewy for always having what we need for our dogs including Frontline. April 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product! Product seems to be working quite well as I have not found any fleas on my puppies. October 12, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Does NOT work We have been using this product since we purchased our dog, almost a year ago. I am faithful about applying it every 30 days. I noticed recently that there was a lot of flea droppings on her haunches so I knew she had fleas. Low and behold, I have found several fleas on her over a period of days. I called the manufacturer, per my vet's advice, and was told this was normal, that the product is actually stopping the life cycle and that she would still be able to pick up fleas outside. My vet and I both agree that we shouldn't be seeing all the flea droppings. That seems to indicate that they are hanging out on her, right? I'm disappointed that I purchased a six-month supply. I'll definitely be switching to Advantix in the future. November 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Affordable Flea & Tick treatment I have a 4 month old Golden Retriever puppy. At 2 months the Vet suggested I use Frontline on him. I bought a 3 pack from the Vet for a puppy up to 25 pounds and I paid $65.00. My pup is now 30 pounds so the package that I bought from the Vet is too weak. I was only able to use 2 of the 3 tubes. What a waste of money. I'm so happy that I checked for the next treatment & was so pleased to pay $37.80 instead of $65.00. That's a huge difference, and I'll continue to buy this product from September 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Item No ticks, which is what we were having trouble with. August 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by good buy I have been using Frontline Plus for many years and it is the only topical that does not make my dogs itchy. It is also a great buy with a great price. August 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Features First of all, there aren't many products which also try to control ticks. I also don't like the oral medicines for flea and ticks. March 15, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Okay product We've been using Frontline Plus for years but recently I've noticed it only lasts for a week or so. It is very expensive at the vet but I'll try getting it on chewy. I am kind of disappointed with how many ticks I get off my schnauzer every time he comes inside. I get off about 10 even when I use this and Hartz Flea and Tick Shampoo. I just think it's not enough protection for your money. I have, however, not had a problem this summer with fleas, so maybe it works better on fleas than ticks. I hope it works better for you.
