K9 Natural Beef Feast Raw Freeze-Dried Dog Food
Package Feeding guide not accurate
I like the quality of this food as a substitute for ordinarily making RAW meals for my Chihuahua, but when following the feeding guidelines, my 6-pound Chihuahua acts as if he's starving.
I had to double the recommended portions for him and he hasn't gained weight. This leads me to believe the portions according to the guidelines are not appropriate and thus doubles the cost of an already pricey food.
I do like the ingredients, the appearance and the ease of feeding, but I'm only going to use this intermittently because of the doubled cost.

My 17 year old dog likes this food and eats it with gusto.
Pricey but if you order the Big Box 35lb, it comes out to be about $11 less per bag than buying the individual bags.

Expensive, but worth every penny!
I have two dogs. One who will eat anything and the other who is as picky as they get, and has a sensitive stomach. I have tried so many different brands and none come close to this product. The food is, from what I can tell by the way they gobble it down, amazing!! The picky one is eating like a 'real dog' now, and eating as fast as the other one, not leaving a speck of food in her wake. The ingredients are pure enough to eat myself [not that I would, but I could if need be!]
The only downside is that my dogs now wake me up at seven on the dot to eat breakfast. With the other foods, they waited me me to leisurely rise. Now, they can't wait to get their mouths around this stuff.
They are both thriving from the K9 naturals. Yes, its pricey, but so is the food I put in my own mouth. So, I pass up one night out to dinner with my husband and it covers the cost of a months supply of food for my dogs. Is it really THAT expensive if you break it down like that??

My dog loves this food
My sister lives in Australia and uses the same food for her American stafford. She recommended this product to me after my dog lost interest in her orijen kibble. My dog is a very picky eater and she loves this food. She even returns to her bowl to lick it after she's finished eating. The fact that it's freeze dried comes in handy when traveling because its light and doesn't take up much space.

This is a super dog food! I have a dog w/ Addison's disease and had to find a dog food that was the least amount processed as possible. After trying the "raw food" diet w/ my Jack Russell and finding his system could not handle it, I have now been feeding K9 Natural w/ great success. He loves it, it's easy to feed and is an excellent quality food.

Great for Backpacking with dogs!
I like to backpack with my dogs, but bringing kibble is a huge pain because it is very heavy (aporoximately 2lbs per day for 2 dogs). I tried K9 Natural Freeze Dreeid Beef food on a recent trip and it was most excellent. I only needed 2.2 lbs for 5 days of backpacking with my two dogs (a savings of a whopping 8 lbs which is a huge difference when you are carrying it on your back). Plus the dogs absolutely loved it. (In fact, it looked and smelled palatable enough that I might be willing to eat it in an emergency).

Great Raw Food
I have an 8 month old Terrier Mix. He loves this food!
He's about 7 pounds, but instead of the 1 scoop/day he's having closer to 3+ scoops/day. He's thin and active and just seems to get longer not heavier. The package says to add a meaty bone ~ I haven't done that yet ~ that will probably balance out the K9 Natural portions.
I love this food because I want to feed my dog raw food. I tried it while I was traveling and the raw food wasn't an option ~ this is just easier!
