Loving Pets Gobble Stopper Slow Feeder
Did not work for my dog
My lab is a very fast eater, so I put this in her bowl and although it did slow her down she had some problems with a sore at the bottom of her front lower gum. This is probably because she was rubbing on the bottom of the device. I would suggest the bowl with the hump instead of this for aggressive eaters.

My dog just picks it up out of the dish. If it were a bowl, it might work; but it isn't a bowl. It's a stupid plastic bone with a suction cup on the bottom! Don't buy this if you have big dogs. They will chew it up in a nano-second!

Works like it says!
Our small dog was inhaling her food; 1/4 cup would be gone in just a minute. With this, the same amount of food lasts her a good 5-8 minutes. Not only does it help her slow down, but the bowl we have it in is a little smaller than the 6 inch diameter, and it makes her bowl more of a foraging device. It did pop off the first time I used it, but I found if I washed both this and the bowl, and left the suction cup slightly damp, it worked much better. It has now been in place 3 days.

Slows down the little ones
It has slowed down the little ones who are on steroids for life, going to try a few for the bigger guys too. A pain to wash so much stuff all the time but we have tried balls, small bowls turned upside down....this has been the best so far.

My dog ate the bowl!
I think the concept is good, but for our big guy we need stainless steel..
He ate the bowl!

I bought this to stop my Frenchie from eating to fast.
As bad as this product smells, she probably wouldn't eat at all.

Great at slowing down the gobbler
Our Boxer ate faster and with more gusto than any dog I had ever seen. This slows him down and as smart as he is he hasn't managed to remove it from his bowl.

works like magic
I have a Lab/Husky mix (big dog) with Pancreatitis problems... before I found the Gobble Stopper I would have to massage his tummy after eating to "burp" him, and he still up-chucked often. He ate too fast and took too big bites. With the Gobble Stopper he eats at a slow pace, eats in smaller bites and doesn't throw up anymore after eating. I use a feed stand that takes a special bowl to raise it closer so Buddy doesn't have to stoop to eat (it also stops some of the air intake)... with the Gobble Stopper I was able to use my bowl with the stand and reap all the benefits of other bowls made for the same purpose. Get one, trust me...
