by Carolynne This food saved my dog's life!
My dog was on death's doorstep from pancreatitis and liver issues. I changed her diet completely added probiotics, Denamarin tablets and Merrick's dog food for senior's. she needed an all natural, no preservatives, healthy food and we found it with Merricks's---which by the way she loves! I can't get it into her dish fast enough. I use the grain free dry and the Senior, gain free canned. It will be a year on May 5th that the doctor told me she would have to be put down. No way was I giving up on her!

Maggie has been on Senior Medley for a year now and when we discovered that we could order it and have it shipped to our home we were delighted.
After the death of our other dog she suffered from separation anxiety and stopped eating. A freind introduced us to Senior Medley during a visit. Maggie's appetite returned in full force and she is now a happy pet. We are so thankful we found Senior Medley and that Maggie is once again her old self!

Merrick always makes great dog food. I loved their holiday offerings (I know it's silly to get a dog Thanksgiving Dinner, but it was fun!) I got my older pug this Senior Meal and he loves it...plus it doesn't have the "gross" factor most wet dog food has, smells and looks pleasant.

by Madre51 The benefits are really important to me.
Princess is a rescue. She didn't appear to be cared for very well and has numerous health issues, not to mention she's had all but four teeth pulled in the past 2 years. The rescue where I adopted her was feeding her Merrick's Grammy's Pot Pie, which she loved, but I switched her to the Senior Medley as we guesstimate she's at least 8 years old and the protein and fiber content was important to me, as well as the calories. (Although the new formula has a slightly higher calorie count.) The fact that it's grain-free was another plus. Princess loves it and its easy on her digestive system. She deserves the very best and that's just what she gets with Senior Medley!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MyDogVirgil Grain free, looks like people food
My dog has tried a variety of the Merrick grain-free canned foods. Each variety has its own aesthetic characteristics and looks very appetizing. The ingredients are not all ground up but rather you can see the individual items, such as peas, chunks of potato and carrot. He used to eat Merrick's Grammy's Pot Pie, which does look like pot pie ingredients, but recently switched to the Senior Medley which looks pretty much like Grammy's, but contains a different mix of added nutrients which fit his 11 years a little better. I like that there is not a lot of liquid, but rather a nice solid appearance. He cannot tolerate grain very well and must eat minimum fat, so this is perfect. Shipping is fast and extremely well packaged so that the cans do not arrive damaged. I have ordered four cases thus far from Chewy and will continue to do so in the future.

My dog has now tried every flavor of Merrick, but I have decided on the Senior Medley for my auto-ship for my 13 year old Golden! Easily digestable and gobbles it like she is going to the electric chair!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maurli A good balanced dog food
My usually finicky dog ate every morsel of this food.
I have tried many canned dog foods and thrown several of them out as my dog refused to eat them. Merricks canned dog food contains enough nutrients so it isn't necessary to supplement the canned food with table food or vitamins.

I have 3 schnauzers and 2 of them are over 10 yrs old. This food is awesome. You can just see the awesome healthy goodness it has in it. I like being able to pronounce and know every single ingredient in my babies food. You can see pieces of chicken, carrot, potato and blueberries. Merrick is the only food I want to ever feed my dogs.
