Natural Balance L.I.D. Limited Ingredient Diets Sweet Potato & Fish Formula Dry Dog Food
After using the no grain diet for about three months, our Labrador is now free of ear infections. She is eight years old and finally we can say she is free of smelly, yucky ears.

Perfect for dogs with sensitive tummies!
I tried different premium foods for my puppy. Since we brought her home at 9 weeks old I gave her a grain-free diet, which seemed to work well. When she was about 4 months old I began to notice some skin issues which the vet said could be food allergy related. I had just switched to a different grain-free food so I wondered if the switch was the problem. However, even going back to the old food we had the same issues. Then she began having more issues with loose stools (which coincided with upping her food levels as she was growing so fast!).
After looking around online at different reviews, I decided to give Natural Balance a try in the fish & sweet potato flavor. I read that fish is an easier protein to break down than chicken or beef, and can be much easier on a sensitive dog's stomach. She had a NORMAL stool after only one feeding of this food! I am SO happy for Natural Balance and love that it's still grain-free.
If you have a dog who you suspect has a sensitive stomach, is having loose stools or hair and skin issues, don't hesitate to give this food a try. It's been a life-saver for us and I know our dog is a much happer girl!

Great for my GSD who's allergic to EVERYTHING!!!
FINALLY! A food I can feed my 2 yr old, 110 lb. German Shepherd Dog who is allergic to EVERYTHING! I've always had GSD's so I'm aware of their sensitivity to foods and potential for GI upset. However, my boy set the bar for food allergies! Chicken, chicken-meal, corn, grains, gluten, soy, eggs, dairy, PEAS (SERIOUSLY, PEAS!), and pea-protein! He's also unable to easily digest certain proteins such as beef and bison. I thought I was never going to find anything to feed him without going to a raw diet! This is the ONLY food I have found that does NOT contain any of the above ingredients including peas or pea-protein AND it comes in Salmon & Sweet Potato, i.e. digestible! He has been on this food for a month now and, so far, his stool is FINALLY firm, no more itching, hair loss, antibiotics, steroids, or vet trips!!! Best of all, he LUVS this food! His coat is gorgeous, his weight is perfect, and he drools in anticipation of EVERY feeding. You can set your alarm clock for 6am feeding (even on the weekends!) I highly recommend this LID food for anyone whose pet needs a restricted diet without losing nutritional value or requiring a veterinarian's prescription!

Finally!!! A non-prescription food for my pancreatitis sufferer.
My 8 year old rat terrier has been on EN prescription food for two years now. We've been unsuccessful with every other food we have tried to transition him onto. He either could not tolerate it or did not like it. So happy we found this food for him. Going on 1 month now and all is well. And, our little JRT loves it too. Finally one food for them both. Woohoo!

2 out of 3 good results
Purchased the salmon/sweet potato grain free product, as I have 3 Labs 2 of whom have allergies. I began to introduce the product slowly but one of my labs vomited each time I tried to reintroduce it to him. He will remain on his current food and the hopefully, the other lab will have reduced ear infections this coming season.

This food works great for dogs with allergies.
This is one of the foods that Natural Balance did not add Pea products to. Therefore, it works great for dogs that have allergies.

One of my dogs has allergies and my vet recommended Natural Balance. All three of my dogs love it. No skin problems, and very shiny coats. I highly recommend Natural Balance.
