Natural Balance L.I.T. Limited Ingredient Treats Jerky Bark Duck & Potato Formula Dog Treats
Not Actually "Jerky"
On the "canine" side, my dogs like this product, but they're dogs and invariably like most anything we call a "treat". And I'm a HUGE fan of Natural Balance products (that's ALL we feed in this house), so wanted to try this and the 2 other jerky treats I found on chewy.com (the 4th flavor was "out of stock"). However, on the "human" side, I was looking for a "jerky" product -- something each dog could carry off and actually chew on for more than 60 seconds. This isn't that product. Yes, the ingredients are what I'm looking for, although I wish there didn't have to be an addition of salt, but guess preservation has to come from somewhere. What I keep looking for -- from a "quality company" like Natural Balance -- is an actual jerky product. Any suggestions would be appreciated, as long as the ingredients are Good Ingredients. As to whether I'll buy these again, more than likely, yes. They are, after all, manufactured by a company I trust.

They loved them
Both my dogs loved this treat. However my hubby did not as he thought they were pretty stinky. Ha...

Excellent for keeping in your pocket!
Jerky is soft enough to rip into smaller pieces but stays intact in a pocket. Very useful for training pups when you need treats close at hand. The freeze dried liver treats crumble and can make for yucky laundry! Also it is nice to find a duck treat that is not made in China with the latest treat scare - all my dogs really prefer duck and venison over beef and chicken treats!

Not really jerky but dogs love it
You would think with a name like jerky it would be a bit more chewy but these treats are soft. They STINK but what good dog treat doesn't? My dogs love these and since they are limited ingredient, they are a great choice. Plus, you can cut them into smaller pieces and use for training purposes.

Dog loves them
I wouldn't eat these as they seem like cardboard. Thicker than some other jerky style treats. Like the ingredients. Doggie doesn't hesitate woofing them down.

Great Treat for Grain Free Puppy
I have a 6 month old Rottweiler/Lab mix that is allergic to some types of grain so I decided to try grain free. These treats allow me to reward her without affecting her dietary needs. She has done great with these as a reward while we are doing her initial training. I just wish they made a kibble/treat size for training but I love the limited ingredients and the ability to still give her treats when she does as asked.

My beasties (2 Ultimate Mastiffs and 1 Bull Mastiff) were unimpressed with the taste of these treats. My neighbor's dog, however, gobbled them up.
I wouldn't say my dogs are finicky when it comes to treats - but they are very spoiled with fresh fruits and veggies.
