We are very satisfied with this kibble. We make every attempt to live a healthy lifestyle for our family and our dogs. We researched top dog foods, and even though we were buying a very good quality kibble and canned, our two German shepherds had to be coaxed at every meal to eat. From the first bowl of the NL venison kibble, and the canned NL sardine, they have eaten enthusiastically, even to the point of drooling while they wait for me to fix their meals. Their coats have become softer, and our male who has had allergies and ear problems, is seemingly free of these conditions. I rotate these kibbles and canned for protein variety. Our little jackapoo is loving this product too.
I did try another online vendor, but when we compare the packaging these products were shipped in with the sturdy packaging from Chewy, here is where we will stay. We appreciate the whole Chewy system from the easy to use website, the variety of products, automated shipping, and the quality of the packaging. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Beachgirl1 Great choice for chicken and grain allergies!
I have an English Mastiff with both grain and chicken allergies. It is hard to find a reputable dog food that accommodates both.
He had been on Nature's Logic Venison for 6 months now and LOVES it. He feels great and his weight at 168 is perfect! My dachshund loves it too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Satch A no nonsense food ...
The only dog food brand that does not need to add artificial vitamins and minerals because it uses real food in enough amounts to keep your dog healthy.
Low carbs and being gluten free are a big plus for the health of our pets. The Non GMO millet used as a binder seems to be well tolerated and digestible making for small stool output. Sadly more crops are being Genetically modified, and we really don't know the long tern affect on the dogs gut.
Nature's Logic sources of the ingredients are exceptional. The Venison is raised free range in New Zealand, and the laws of that country prevent feed lot feeding. Canines are red meat eaters and this diet provides all the important nutrients for good health.
Having a Yellow Lab red eye stains have always been an issue. But feeding Nature's Logic for three months has removed them. I don't know the reason for this but had seen on Nature's Logic web site a testimonial about the same benefit.
If you have to feed a kibble diet Nature's Logic is at the top of the food chain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NancyJ Waited until the blood panel results came in
I have been feeding, on a rotation, all the Nature's Logic dog dry foods and have been very pleased. After about 6 months, my 9 year old GSD had his annual blood panel.
All CBC and Chemistries were completly in line with the exception of a SLIGHTLY elevated BUN, typical for dogs eating higher protein foods.
He loves the food, is bright eyed, good energy, no bad breath, not gassy, and has firm stools.
I am convinced we made the right choice. My other dog will get his blood panels done in July. He is doing well on the food also.

Our pup is a rescue dog....as a puppy she had parvo and an invasive skin infection, which led to her stomach needing grafting. She came to us with stomach issues, which completely cleared up once she started eating Nature's Logic. Would highly recommend this product. Also Chewy.com offers great and fast service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BullyMom13 The fur babies are loving this food
In searching for the best kibble possible, I came across this brand. I was immediately drawn to the lack of synthetic vitamins and was pleased with the protein percentage and variety of protein sources available. My two dogs (one senior and one diabetic) have specific dietary needs and I loved the lack of corn, wheat and potatoes. Since we were low on our old kibble when I ordered, I had to do an "aggressive" switch over to Nature's Logic. I am happy to report that there were no tummy upsets. They've been on this food for about 10 days now and so far so good. The dogs love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by catstimesfive Best dog food.
This is the best dog food on the market for many reasons:
- Feed a lot less (one bag lasts months in my house).
- No chemical vitamins, etc.
- I contacted the company and they told me there are no GMOs in this food.
- No itchy dog ears or skin (my dog doesn't react badly to this food at all).
- My dog loves it, never gets tired of this food.
I was buying a different high-end dog food and went through a large bag every month based on their feeding schedule. This food might cost a little bit more, but I only feed my dog a cup or so per day (half cup in the morning, half cup at night - more if he is really expending a lot of energy) and he has maintained a perfect weight and energy level. We used to have a lot of problems with him having diarrhea, itchy skin and ears, etc., and switching to this food has resolved ALL of these issues. I have been purchasing this food for three years for my Aussie, and buy about two to three bags per year - not bad in the long run. I just supplement raw carrots and other whole foods throughout the day as snacks and I have myself one happy Aussie.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Purple55 Great food for a finicky dog.
My baby loves this food. She used to throw up daily with any other food I gave her. Since switching to the Venison, she has not thrown up at all. She loves the food, gobbles it down in no time at all. She still poops 3-4 times a day but so much less in amount. Texture is much improved too. She also eats only 2 1/2 cups instead of 4. Expensive but the decreased volume needed makes up for it. Definitely would recommend this kibble.
