Customer Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 27 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Great Food and Company After tons of research, trail and error and a pup with a finicky stomach I came across this brand after I did some research and found it is top rated! This food does not use Gaur Gum,Carrageenan or Cassia Gum in thier canned food which is what "I" believe to be the issue with the constant scratching of my dogs not the meat product of "chicken". They also do not use rice or white potatoe in thier dry dog food which I believe was the issue for my finicky stomach dog who couldn't digest them. All 4 of my dogs love both the dry and canned and I can switch flavors with no issues at all!! I run a dog rescue and promote healthy eating for dogs and highly recommmend Natures Instinct food and too!! August 10, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for the most particular dog! From the beginning my border collies loved the rabbit dry food. Now we are not out hunting rabbits. March 26, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by my guys love it I use this food as a supplement to raw food. The size is perfect for my small dogs and I feel good giving them a grain free product July 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by My dogs LOVE this food! One of my English Springers has severe allergies...she loves the Instinct Rabbit Food and it doesn't aggravate her condition. February 11, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for dogs with allergies I was able to switch from a more expensive rabbit based product that I purchased from a veterinary hospital to this one. My only disappointment with this one is that there are a lot of ingredients beyond rabbit, such as chicken fat, salmon meal, and freeze dried pork liver. Most people switch to rabbit because of allergies. One of my dogs is highly allergic to chicken. We seem to be doing okay with this, but I might need to switch to the Rabbit Limited Diet. Rated 3 out of 5 by UPDATE: Second review! I do like the quality and size of the kibble. Unfortunately, after week two of this food my baby still has soft stool. Just put her on probiotics. Don't know if it's too rich for her or the protein source. She has never had a problem with other brands and protein source. For a Bulldog Stella doesn't seem to have food allergies YET! (Fingers Crossed). Don't know why the soft stool. The kibble is black so beware the poop will be black. I don't mind that part though. First and late bag I'm food I'll purchase from nature's variety. Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding dry dog food If you have a finicky eater or a dog with allergies, definitely try Nature's Variety Instinct Grain-Free Rabbit Meal Formula Dry Dog Food. This is an unique protein and tasty food for the dogs. November 9, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Rabbit only diet My vet has my two dogs on a rabbit only diet to help resolve chronic ear infections. They both love this kibble and gobble it down. September 14, 2015
