Nature's Variety Instinct Limited Ingredient Diet Duck Meal Formula Dry Dog Food Customer Reviews

Tasty, stool-firming food I've tried a number of foods to try to reduce the very soft stools of my dog. Several high quality natural foods didn't do the trick. Next stop - a limited ingredient food. I wasn't looking for a grain-free but I did a lot of research and this food received so many high ratings. We started with the lamb and then added the duck for variety. My dog loves the taste and the poops are now firm. Sometimes too firm which seems to be a side effect of any grain-free food. So a few spoonfuls of pureed pumpkin a day and we're all happy. No more daily butt baths:) April 29, 2013
Our Pug loves this Food When our pug developed allergies we went on the search for a limited ingredient dog food. After comparing different brands, this one really seemed to fit what we were looking for. So far so good. She loves the food, even excited to receive it as a training reward. After being on this food for a month she has a glossy coat and the hair has grown back on her toes. November 11, 2013
not sure about the produce, my wheaten terrier has food allergy issues and not quite satisfied with the product however, i will shop with only chew.com from now on!!!! i by accident ordered the wrong "flavor" of nature's variety and called to see what could be done since i had already opened the bag of the wrong product....the employee helped me and i had the correct/duck food the NEXT DAY!!! thank you so much for your help, even as we continue to try to figure out what is the best food for our dog! Great for Dogs coats Starting feeding my dog this food because the vet said he could have allergies to his food. He was losing his hair and his coat was looking very dull. After feeding him this food his coat is shiny and his hair has grown back. March 14, 2014
Great Service With the great service, variety and the completeness of the descriptions on the Chewy website finding the right food for our dog who has multiple food allergies is no longer the chore it once was. She likes the Nature's Variety foods and they keep her healthy. Can't ask for more than that. February 16, 2014
My dog enjoys his meals My dog suffered from frequent bouts of vomiting. He would eat grass in the morning just to be able to throw up. This food has solved his problem. His coat is beautiful and no more vomiting. November 6, 2013
The best for the dog you love! I don't understand why people complain about the cost of this food? If you have a large dog, deal with it. Maybe you shouldn't own a large dog if you can't afford to feed a quality food. This is the best food ever made. Overall you will have a healthier dog and less vet bills. This food is high quality. My dog thrives...worth every penny. My dog deserves the very best. August 31, 2013
My dog loves it My Great Dane seems to love it. He was diagnosed with IBS, so we needed to switch him to a limited ingredient diet. Dog Food Advisor and my vet seemed to agree that this would be a good quality food to try. My only complaints are 1) it's expensive, and 2) the largest size it comes in is a 25.3# bag--with a Great Dane, that's not going to last long! August 15, 2013
