Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost Grain-Free Venison & Lamb Meal Formula Dry Dog Food
Not much Raw
I was excited to see this new product, because I was buying the kibble and freeze dried raw and mixing it myself. There really isn't much raw in this product. How disappointing. I won't buy it again and will go back to buying 2 products and mix it myself.

High quality dry food
I really like this entire line of grain free dry foods for my dog. 5 star rating from dogfoodadvisor.com, my dog likes it and is doing well on it. There are several protein sources to choose from and it is designed for rotational feeding.

My Picky dogs love this food
I have 3 large (80 lbs +) dogs that are pretty picky eaters. Although they have been eating other flavors of Nature's Variety kibble, they go nuts over this one. They stand in their respective spots tails wagging waiting for their food bowl to be put down. I even feed it to my non-grain-free dogs. You and your dogs will be happy!

My two dogs gobble up their dinner- never happened before!
Before I fed my two dogs (a Bichon and a Maltese) dry kibble and had to put something in it (chicken, fish, etc.) for them to eat it. Now, with the venison and lamb product from Instinct, they eat their dinner without my adding something to the food. They are healthy and happy and look forward to suppertime!

Wonderful for Dogs With Allergies
Our dog is allergic to so many types of food. This is the only food that doesn't make him sick. It is limited ingredient dry food with raw bites mixed in. He loves it!

Don't by hyped by marketing of "Raw"
I was enticed by new marketing of "raw" foods packaged as freeze dried. Should have realized main ingredients are chicken/fish meal-not really bad. But with our new puppy Akita decided upgrade 2better quality brands no grains/fillers thought this would be in line with our goal. Found our pup's stools were more softer/messier 2pick up. It was mixed in 1:5 with current food-never 1/2 or more. Even tho ate it all each feeding, end result not what we wanted. After exhausting sm. bag went back 2original mix of 2 gr8 brands-stools back 2normal - firm/clean pick up. Be sure not 2buy hi quality/expensive foods with "meal" as the main ingredients. this was double the cost of our foods now. Save your $$ buy better 4less!
