My pup loves this stuff! I bought the wrong can at the grocery store one time, just chicken dinner not 95% chicken dinner, and he picked out all the white fish bits... But this one- he gobbles down! I have fed him every kind of pill (after dental surgery)- all the ones he hates like antibiotics and pain meds- in this food and he just chows them down without a thought. (He absolutely refused to eat the pills in peanut butter, pill pockets, and anything/everything else I tried; he would eat the treat and then spit out the pill.) Now that I have found the smaller cans (5.5 oz) by the case at Chewy's, I can't tell you how happy I am- and I know my little monster agrees!

My yorkie, who is a senior, loves this food. I changed his diet from Cesar to Newman's food and the transition has been great. His skin looks healthier and he has less of those tiny pimples on the back. The food smells good and better than the one with rice. I would recommend it .

I just recently made the decision to take all ten of my dogs grain-free, but I have two special cases, one with inflammatory bowel disease and one with seizures, that I decided to take completely carb-free.
Initially, I chose a fancy, expensive brand with exotic, natural and organic meat sources. They began doing better, but the price was adding up. I had fed Newman's Own Organics Dry in the past, so I decided to try their canned. The fact that it was organic as well as made AND sourced in the USA was very important - and the price was much more manageable!
The first thing I noticed was the smell - it was wonderful! The expensive stuff had actually smelled rather off-putting, but Newman's actually smelled appetizing! Next I noticed the pate-like consistency, which at first, I admit, kind of grossed me out. But my dogs LOVED it so much, they convinced me!
Long story short, my IBD dog is doing great - I don't want to over-share on this one. And my seizure dog, who was having 2 to 10 seizures a week, hasn't had a seizure in several weeks! (She is also taking K-9 Immunity and Rejeneril - FYI.)
I can't recommend this food highly enough. It has made a world of difference for my dogs.

Very impressed with your service ! A friend told me about your products and great service. She was right ! I placed my order on Tues. and had it early Thurs. Also, I like the idea of the automatic shipping option and will most likely sign up for it with my next order.
Our dog developed food allergies and after trying several different things and figuring out what she can and can't have, we tried Newman's Own Organic Chicken Dinner. She loves it and is doing well with it. ;)

Rated 4 out of 5 by Joan53 Great organic dog food made in the US
I have been trying organic dog food for awhile because my dog was having horrible issues/allergies with store bought canned dog food. I just tried Zignature turkey formula but it was way too rich probably because of the turkey liver. We tried Newman's first and he had no more vomiting or diarrhea. His coat looked better and his color started to come back. No more oozing eyes either. The itching and biting did get better but did not completely go away. I would have given this product five stars but it has pea flour. Many dogs are allergic to pea flour. I suspect my dog might be allergic to pea four. I say they take out the pea flour and just add organic whole peas instead or no peas at all.
