Rated 5 out of 5 by A life saver I had these years ago for our Shep/Wolf hybrid mix and he would literally fall down when his back legs would give out. He was 14. After giving him these for 2 weeks he was actually galloping thru the neighborhood. Now my rescue dog now who is a 12 yr old female at 100lbs, shep/rottie mix has been sort of falling when her back legs would give out on walks. I started to give her the same brand, these, and after a few weeks she has already shown improvement. I am keeping her at the higher dose just to keep her comfortable. She may still drag her one leg once in a while but she isn't tripping or falling since being on these pills. I wish they would work for me!!! If my boy Roscoe who is a Belgium Milionis/Chow mix starts to get older he will also get these. I would never NOT give any of my dogs these pills when they start to show signs. May 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by So thankful Vet recommended this when our little guy was a puppy. He was slow getting up from a sitting position. It broke my heart to see our little guy having trouble. After two weeks on Cosequin he hops right up with no delay! He's been on it for almost a year now and it has continued to help him run, jump, and get up without any extra effort. We did try "Run Free" for about a month and I saw a decline in his agility. We switched right back to Cosequin and he's back to his energetic self! It's so awesome to see him with no hesitation and no discomfort. We walk him daily to strengthen his glutes and hind leg muscles. He's a buff little English Bulldog now LOL!! May 25, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Dog loves them-really is Vet Recommended Our GSD is 7 now and is starting to get arthritis in her knees and hips. I added these to our autoship order and started giving them to her. First off, she loves them. No need to have to wrap them in cheese or anything to get her to eat them. That's a huge plus because she needs to lose 5-10lbs. More importantly, she recently tore her ACL and needed surgery. When talking with her Ortho surgeon he mentioned she needed to be on glucosamine, etc. for the rest her life. I had taken a pic of this pill bottle incase they wanted to know what she was on. He said this stuff is excellent; the best you can get and is what they recommend. So I was happy to know what I have been giving her is quality and helping her, and not just junk. May 15, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Joint health for dogs I've only been giving it to her for one and a half weeks but I've notice she's getting up and down and moving about quicker than she use to....I can only attribute this to the joint supplement . Chloe is 14 years and I know she'll never be the quick and agile girl she use to be....I'm happy she's able to move again:-)) Annemarie Conrod. May 22, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not For Every Dog I've been giving this to my dog for some time now and have not noticed any improvement. So I read about DOG GONE PAIN (DGP) and tried it. WOW!!!! in just a few days, I've noticed an improvement. So the bottom line for me, is that this may work for some dogs or ones that don't have really bad joint pain, but the value and size of the bottle doesn't mean anything if it doesn't help. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great, so far so good. My dog is a Cane Corsi/Rott, 135lb baby. Both knees blew out and vet recommend glucosamine. Have been using this product since- hoping to keep him active, joints ok.. May 20, 2016
