Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent food We've used this food for years with all of our German Shepherds. Chewy makes it super easy to make sure I always have food on hand! May 8, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Dogs love it. We have two Siberian Huskies. Not picky, but not gobblers. We have been giving this to them for 6 years. They love it. March 30, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good so far So far, so good for this new adult food for my year-old German Shepherds. My finicky female seems to like it. My male, who just had surgery for a blockage, wolf's it done and seems to be keeping the weight off that he lost from surgery, which is a good thing! The Figueroa Family South Jersey March 13, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by my dogs won't eat it I have three dogs and none of them will eat this food with enthusiasm. I tried pouring chicken broth over it and they licked up the broth eagerly, but left the kibble. My older dog had some tummy upset following the change. Maybe because it was a change, but I have switched between brands with similar ingredients before without problems. My two Anatolian Shepherds were fed Ol' Roy by their previous owner (the stuff that's $16 for a 50 lb bag at walmart). I thought anything is a step up from that. I have fed them wellness, which they enjoyed, but the amount they eat I couldn't afford at that price. I also tried Rachel Ray Nutrish which is more affordable. They like that kibble. However, I wanted to give them one of the "pet store" brands, thinking it would be superior quality. I will keep searching for a food with good sounding ingredients that I can afford to buy in the quantity my big dogs consume. December 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Dog does not like This product may be an excellent product, however I found it disappointing because my dog doesn't like it and will not eat it. February 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product A friend recommended Nutro Max Large Breed for our youngest Labrador and we haven't been disappointed! This food has quality ingredients and we find the better quality going in means less waste coming out. January 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for my dog! My dog is a mixed breed and had dry skin issues when we got her. We tried several brands but this is by far the best for her skin and coat. I am so glad that I ran into the Nutro rep at the pet store that day. My dog has not had any skin issues in over a year and loves her food. December 2, 2015
