Rated 3 out of 5 by Not invincible Not the gum drop buttons! This was chewed up and thrown out in about 2 weeks. One of the 'invincible' squeakers was easily broken and the stitching opened allowing for unhindered destruction of the rest of the poor guy. RIP gingerbread man, you were delicious while you lasted. Rated 3 out of 5 by Warming up to this one Lilly seems to be warming up to this one - the squeakers are harder to remove (thus far) and she does initiate play interaction with it......still not as much of a favorite as the little squirrels - she loves those. April 5, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not So Much This was not a hit with my dog at all. Although he is 50 lbs., he was not able to make it squeak fast enough which is what he likes. The squeakers are wide instead of the small round ones. February 6, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Gingerbread Theme for Christmas 2016 I got some of these Gingerbread toys with lots of squeakers and some with just one and since I have had this type of toy before I recommend them. If you have an aggressive chewer, they will not last but they will be fun while they have them. Cute too. Adopted from your local shelter or rescue group. Dogs and cats of all ages are available and they make wonderful companions. January 16, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Kyjen holiday toys are too cute! Having already ordered the mini reindeer from Chewy, I couldn't resist the gingerbread man, too. The single squeaker "mini" size is actually more durable than the mat since it doesn't have as many seams to rip apart. It would be great for a smaller dog or a bigger dog like mine that prefers toys that are easy to toss around. No plush toy will hold up to dogs that just want to shred it or play tug-o-war, which may be where the previous reviewer went wrong. The squeakers themselves are "invincible" in the sense that your dog can put a hole through the bubble part and it will still squeak, but the rest of the toy is just regular fuzzy fabric. Highly recommended. December 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Didn't last as long as I hoped I was hoping that this toy would last a few weeks. It made it three days. My Corgi cannot stop until she kills all things squeaky, and it only took her a few days to puncture the squeaker in this toy enough to no longer make noise. It was a serious laceration that took out Mr. Gingerbread though, so maybe she had punctured it before and it keep squeaking, but we'll never know. She still loves it for whatever reason, and is carrying it around like it's her baby. So, I guess it's still a win. February 24, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by One tough (squeaky) cookie I've purchased a few different Kyjen Invincibles (great prices, on sale!) and generally find them long lasting and chew resistant even in the mouth of our most determined toy slayer. Although they're far from being our dachshund boys' favorite chew toy range (possibly because there's no stuffing to rip out?) this mini gingerbread man is very cute and we have fun playing fetch with it. Rated 3 out of 5 by sqeaker broke. I got the mini toy. My dogs both loved it. But the second day, the invincible squeaker no longer worked. I have had the snake one for over a year, and it is still fine, but a little too big for the little dog to drag around. February 26, 2015
