Rated 3 out of 5 by Kramer63 The background is not "white"
The description of this product is misleading, as the background is not "white". It is see-through opaque, so the color of the floor will show through. It does not look as well as I expected on the oak wood floor. Otherwise it serves its purpose, so I would recommend it.

This mat is great! You can easily fit two 4'' food bowls on this along with an additional 4'' water bowl. It's very easy to clean and the design is super cute!

I agree with a previous reviewer that this placemat looks amazing but is NOT SLIP RESISTANT! I've been cleaning up water off the floor all day because both the mat and the bowls are slipping and sliding all over the place. The water gets under the mat and creates a mess! Silly to make a placemat that is not slip resistant PetRageous.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ace1 Love the look but not for tile floors
I love the look of this placemat. It does not do well on tile floors as it is very slippery. When the mat slips the water spills over and gets all over and under mat... Didn't think of it before purchasing. I suppose a no slip pad could be used but takes away from the design .
