Rated 5 out of 5 by My dog loves these elk antlers The antlers are a great size My dog loves these antlers May 21, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by This product had an unpleasant odor to it. The salesperson with whom I made my order for food and Advantix recommended the antler. She said her dogs very much liked the antlers. I'm glad I gave one a try. But my dog, on the other hand, was not interested. He loves his marrow bones and Grennies on occasion. May 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Both Yorkie and Goldie loved. They share the same chewer so it went down fast April 22, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Elk antlers need work, but Cheweys is very responsive to consumer's problems. The elk antler was split nicely but the inside appeared very dried out. Our dog chewed on it couple of times and then ignored it. He loves elk antlers but you need to get freshly harvested andsplit ones for me to give it another try. on the other hand, I found Chewys very responsive to problems and extremely responsible in trying to correct them! Rated 4 out of 5 by Great, but small. My Corgi, Maxwell, goes crazy for these. When he was younger, I was getting frustrated with trying everything I could think of to get him interested in chewing something other than my carpet, but nothing seemed to appeal much to him. I bought one of these antlers on a whim at a particular chain store one day. As soon as I got home, Max apparently smelled the antler and started going nuts over the bag.... I gave him the antler, and he was happy and well-behaved all evening! He had that look of pure bliss on his face as he chewed away (I think all dog owners know that look!). He just loves these, as does my parents' dog (Max spends a lot of time at their house, so I took some antlers to their house too). I started purchasing them from Chewy.com not only because it was convenient, but because their prices are, by far, the best I have found on this brand. I will say that the XL isn't very big--it's fine for my Corgi, and my parents' 60-pound Lab mix does OK with them as well, although it would be nice if they were larger. July 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Softer middle The split antler is softer in middle so it is ideal for a puppy who is teething and needs to chew . March 23, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Puppy only We have a 15 lb Cairn terrier. She destroys any cloth chew in an hour or two so we need rubber or latex toys. A friend suggested elk horn and gave us one, she loved it. These are available at a much better price than most places. For her, the smallest size is good, medium size is a bit too large for her. They last about a week, if she chews an hour or two a day. BUT, the splits are too thin, hence the 2 star rating, she scraped the core out in an hour and it splintered because it was too thin. Might be OK for a puppy but not a 2 year old Cairn. Rated 4 out of 5 by My dog loves them I purchased a number of different brands of elk antlers over the past few years and these are some of the best if tried. They are durable yet not so hard that I have to worry my dog will break her teeth on them. They don't splinter and that's a good sign that they're not old. They are very reasonably priced for the size and quality and most importantly my pooch loves chewing on them. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a dog that likes to chew on bones. They're much safer than rawhide and last a really long time, my dog chews on hers everyday and they could last a few months compared to a day or two with same size rawhide bone. January 18, 2016
