Rated 4 out of 5 by Leah The one we use-has the required food products my dog needs.
The Duck and Potatoe version was prescribed by our veterinarian--so it was a must! The product is good and my dog does like it------but, I feel it is a little on the expensive side!

by EllenV My Little Bella Girl's Life Was in Danger
My Bella, has recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge at the age of 15 (in people years.) When I got her as a pup she was in dire straits. I thought "Why did I take this sick dog." But I already loved her so much. I went from vet to vet for years before I found out that the food she was eating was slowly killing her. My brother told me about the Royal Canin Limited-ingredient diet and I went to work investigating and ultimately purchasing this product. God is my judge that this product saved my dog. The food that is sold in markets etc. is detrimental to animals and only now are people fighting back.
Mr. Chewy is a company that has pride and integrity. I never met nor know any employee or owner of these companies but I know that they will continue to leave that indelible mark that every animal they service is thankful for. So, thank you Royal Canin and thank you Mr. CHewy for giving my Bella a quality life she other wise would not have had. God bless you and may you continue to prosper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Poodleperson Great Hypoallergenic dog food
My older dog needs hypoallergenic dog food and Royal Canin works for him. With all the problems that Royal Canin has had with keeping various hypoallergenic formulas in stock I have found that he can handle ANY of RC's hypoallergenic dog foods, duck, venison, rabbit INTERCHANGEABLY. He has had NO problems with diarrhea or soft stool.
This is great because the chances are that Royal Canin will have at least one of their hypoallergenic canned dog foods in stock.

by LaviniaP My Lyla loves it
A year ago my rescue Maltese Lyla was given Hypoallergenic food by her dermatologist because of probable food allergies (paw licking) - she recently switched from rabbit to duck and she loves both. When I adopted her, she had sparse hair on her back - cannot imagine what kind of food she ate in 6 years of permanence in a puppy mill cage - now her hair has grown back and softer than ever. She will stay on this food even if we are not sure what she may be allergic too, I want to make sure she only has the best for this second part of her life!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cwojo RC P/D rx canned
Having a dog with some medical issues, including, IBD, has been difficult finding a new protein that she can tolerate. Just recently started feeding this as a wet topping to her dry kibble and so far, so good.

My dog loves this product and is very hard to please. She is a GSD with ME and IBD so it is important that she eats to keep her weight on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Annie This food's apparently very tasty; easily digested; and not smelly!
For 2 years we had to bribe our dog with human food to eat. We tried a lot foods, expensive and less so. I even tried cooking for him. Recently, he was diagnosed with food allergy, prescribed PD...and now he's happily eating it twice a day. He's so satisfied, he doesn't beg for our food or treats! It's a miracle...
