Customer Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by good product My dog had pancreatitis and could not go back to her old diet so we are in process of transitioning her to this food so far so good. She has not had any negative reactions yet like the diarrhea she was having when we tried to put her back to her old food. February 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent texture Very good food. Excellent cruncheness good texture and very tasty. Goes good with a main course or late nite snack. April 29, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great, and nothing more! Ok, this food is just the best evidently. My dog eats it with NO wet food added. I hope it cures her allergy issues, but at least I know she'll eat well, if it doesn't. The only down side it the hefty cost, but the customer service is great. Shipping is fast. October 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stopped the diarhea My dog had chronic diarrhea for over three years. When we switched her to this food it almost immediately stopped. September 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by My dog had a serious itching problem! I have a 16 month old beagle and for several months she had a severe itching problem. She was scratching so badly, she would make her self bleed. The vetenerian told me about change her diet, but I refused to because I couldn't believe she was allergic to all the protein based products. We switched her from chicken, beef, duck, salmon....none worked. This product is soy based, and after feeding it to her 3 days, the itching stopped & her coat began to heal itself! All I gotta say is wow! Pricey, but worth it! My beagle is now enjoying her life without the ITCH! March 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by My dog LOVES it!! I have a senior citizen dog - he's 15 and has a number of medical conditions including skin allergies and digestion problems. He used to get Hill's Z/D Low Allergen but Hill's stopped manufacturing that (and he isn't able to digest their ultra-high allergen). My vet prescribed Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Hypoallergenic Hydrolyzed Protein PS for him - I was a bit concerned as he is picky with dry food and I knew he liked the Z/D. So it turns out he likes the Royal Canin PS even better! Normally he would eat everyday after midnight (after he would make sure he wasn't getting anything better from me during the day) but now he takes a bit from the PS throughout the day and he ate it immediately when I put it in his bawl. He also reacts to it really well digestion wise. I don't know what Royal Canin puts in it but it works! April 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Food and service I'm not sure why it took 2 days for them to call my Vet to verify the order but once they did, my order arrived in two days! The online service is great. I needed to call and change my order and the staff was helpful and friendly. My dog loves the food. This is the lowest price I found for the product we needed. Thanks August 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for Digestive Problems This food is absolutely amazing. It was a miracle for my dog! My doberman had chronic diarrhea and bloating for four years. I tried every grain-free food available. She was on several medicines to just manage the condition. My vet suggested we try this as a final effort since nothing else had consistently worked and after one feeding her diarrhea is gone. October 13, 2014
