Rated 5 out of 5 by Gigi Great product
I have 5 dogs and I use the canned food for their vitamins and medicines. I mix it in with dry food and they never turn down a meal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rocky Food for Dog with Digestive Issues
Our Golden developed severe digestive issue suffering from frequent diarrhea, indigestion, rectal bleeding, and nausea. After a stint at the vet hospital, our vet recommended this food to see if she could tolerate it better. We tried both the dry formula (she couldn't handle) and the canned (which she has tolerated well). This has extended our golden's life and improved its quality as well. This was our first purchase of food from Chewey.com and we were very pleased with the fast delivery. We hope to continue using them as our supplier as a result.

The 14 year old Jack Russell who wants to eat like she's 7, and gets sick, gobbles this stuff down. No tummy issues with the abrupt change either. Whew! She's my baby, and I'm so happy to see her eating.

by EileenNOLA Watch the caloric intake!
When my 4 y/o female Catahoula's (68#) gastro problems act up, she refuses to eat her Royal Canin dry dog food but the canned, wet Royal Canin works - she gingerly nibbles at it and then eats it without any coaxing. I think that it tastes so good in comparison to her dry food that it is a TREAT for her, even though her gut may be acting up.
Much to my shock, she has put on 6 pounds since her last vet visit! The DVM advised that if I feed her the wet food, then I must reduce her Royal Canin DRY food accordingly.
Although I was reducing her dry food when feeding her the canned food, I wasn't doing it as per the vets' exact calculations, taking into account her body weight and the portions of wet vs. dry food that I was feeding her. I know, it wasn't very bright on my part but live and learn...

Rated 5 out of 5 by SAllysue This product has made my dogs life 100% better. She can process the food without side effects over food has caused her problems.
My dog has some stomach issues beginning at four weeks old. She wasn't processing the dry dog food the vet had originally ordered for her.
When I went back to the Vet and shared the multiple times she was throwing up after eating each meal of the dry dog food, and was unable to keep the dog food down, the Vet put my puppy on Royal Cain Veterinary Diet Gastrointestinal High Energy HE canned Dog food.
I went on line and found that Chewy carried the dog food and immediately setup a reoccurring delivery so I am assured my puppy will always have her food. This is an outstanding food for dogs with stomach issues. My dog is active and happy since she started using Royal Cain three weeks ago. I recommend Royal Cain for your pet who has stomach issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Patty Dog food worth barking for!
Our dog gets so excited about eating this Royal Canin gastrointestinal high energy canned food product that he barks until I put his dish down in front of him and in 30 seconds, he's begging for more. Not only that, but it's friendly to his stomach and he's doing much better now that he's on this new food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ricknbuddy This product has high fiber for intestinal issues.
This was recommended by my Vet for my puppies issues with a toxic bacteria he contracted from his breeder. So far it is doing its job in aiding with the issue at hand.

We couldn't get Matty's stomach and elimination system balanced. She turned up her nose at several of the foods & supplements we tried. The vet prescribed Royal Canin Gastrointestinal High Energy canned food. Matty has loved it since day 1. She eats it enthusiastically and it worked! Matty is happy and healthy. We were pleased to find Chewy.com so that we could have the food delivered right to our house.
