Customer Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4.9 out of 5 by 409 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by It was okay at first I have 5 dogs. I originally would feed the dog pedigree but then I found that it was horrible. It did nothing, i decided to switch to a premium food and I chose this. I actually went through a few. I decided on this because It was in budget. Anyway I have been feeding this for a few months now and the dogs are overall better. But I can't see much of an improvement. There is a lack of shedding now. I have 4 chihuahua under 10 pounds and one poodle/Shitzu about 25 pounds. The bigger dog still eats everything the same but 3 out of 4 chihuahua won't eat the food now and the cats end up picking at it. One of them is really losing weight so I have to switch. I was feeding fowl them tried the salmon because of skin issues they have always had and they don't even want to eat the fowl anymore. I'm not really that happy with the product. But I can't say it improved them a little and it's time to move on. March 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Made in the USA Dogs like all the Taste of the Wild flavors but this is their favorite. Clean up is easy too. Healthy happy dogs, what else can you ask for? August 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent product This dog food has nutritious ingredients and is reasonably priced. The dogs love it! My one recommendation would be a zip lock at the top of the bag. We buy the large bag and have to close it by folding the top down and sealing it with clips. Otherwise, no complaints! April 10, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by My dogs love Taste of the Wild Wetlands Formula with Roasted Fowl Dry Dog Food. My two dogs go wild for Taste of the Wild dog food. I've even caught them trying to get into the bin where it is kept. Charlie and Blitzen get very excited when the truck pulls up. September 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Taste Of The Wild Wilderness is a Big Hit! I switched to Taste Of The Wild Wilderness due to the reputation of the company, the food's high quality ingredients, brown rice and it's grain free. Also, rated Wilderness a 5 stars dog food. As an active member of a golden retriever rescue and a foster mom, I know the importance of high quality foods and their impact for a dog's short term and long term health. We want the best for our four legged kids!Thank you Taste Of The Wild and for making available a 5 star food I can afford to feed my goldens and my foster's. Bravo!! April 25, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I see results in my dog's health! We adopted a 10 month old Golden last year, and at the time they told us he had a "sensitive stomach" and had runny stool and was on "sensitive stomach food" from Nutro which supposedly "cleared up" the runny stool. It didn't when we brought him home. We did parasite testing, bacteria growth, blood work, etc and there was nothing wrong with the dog. Well, because I studied a little vet med in school, I knew he was 7-10lbs under weight, hair dried out, and I just knew there was a better dog in there. It had to be his diet. We tried Nutro, Purina, Blue, until we finally found TOTW, recommended by 3 other friends with goldens around his age. 1. He definitely preferred the taste of TOTW to any of the others. 2. His coat began to lengthen, soften, and have a sheen again. 3. Healthy poops! 4. He is now at an ideal weight. I really am happy with this diet. I've only ever tried the Wetlands diet, but it seems to get the best reviews from all angles. Also, Chewy is great. We get postcards in the mail every once in a while from them. Tucker and his humans are very happy with this product! June 30, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by My dogs disagree..... I have a Great Pyrenees and he loves this food. However I also have a Beagle and he gave it two thumbs down. Then I add in the rat/chi cross and.... he likes it if I add cheese! I personally think this brand offers a good food for my dogs at a reasonable (sort of) price as compared to some others. It did stop the loose stool my GP was getting from a more expensive brand. January 19, 2016
