Rated 5 out of 5 by Working great for my two frenchies with food allergies, my boxer and english bulldog are both doing well on zignature lamb. I have been feeding a salmon limited ingredient dog food to my two frenchies for more than 6 years. They were sensitive to chicken and required a limited ingredient food. At the same time I acquired a boxer who did well on chicken and turkey. Traveling with two different foods did present a problem as the frenchies could not eat the boxers food if I didn't take the right amounts for all of them. Recently I adopted an english bulldog who was eating the chicken turkey food and doing well. Evo has been discontinued so I needed to find another brand to feed. After much research I decided to try zignature lamb in the hopes that all four dogs would do well on a single protein source, limited ingredient food. I am happy to say that all my dogs from two senior frenchies , a middle age boxer and a year old english bulldog are all doing very well on my choice of zignature lamb. April 27, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Seems to be good, time will tell. Both dogs love this. But my dogs aren't picky. Smells very fresh. If you're already feeding a good quality food, expect stool to increase in diameter & output. Does a really good job of firming up stool. Dogs went from liquid poop to solid in 3 meals. But my 2 poop a day dog went to 5 poops. I now feed her half & half with Nature's Variety Kibble & she's back down to 2 Poops per day. My 1 poop a day dog went to 1-2 per day. He's the reason I swapped to this food. I'm trying to find the cure to his foot chewing & rashes. In the 2 weeks he's been eating this, the foot chewing has been reduced by about 90%. I cut out all canned food & now top with cooked meat. I'm very pleased so far. But the last food (Hound & Gatos# took 2 months to tell that it was hurting both my dogs & 1 cat #cat was on cat version). So time will tell if this is as great as I'm hoping. I only gave 4 stars due to the amount of fiber. I think they could probably get the same stool firming with a little less fiber. December 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Golden Loves It My Golden girl really loves this food and it seems to be serving her well. Not as much licking and chewing on her feet as when she was eating the Castor and Pollux Organic Chicken. I went slow in her transition and she is now on only the Zignature Lamb kibble with a little of the wet mixed in once a day. She hasn't experienced any of the stool problem as some have reported. Time will tell, but for now I'm really pleased with this food and thankful for the Chewy price and speedy delivery. May 16, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by My boxer likes it. But not so much for me. My 4 year old male boxer has been on Zignature Turkey and he has loved it and resolved his skin issues as well. So after three straight bags of the Turkey I decided to mix up his protein source with the Lamb. I noticed after a week or so his skin became very oily and he became more gassy. His breath is also particularly foul since the switch. I love the Zignature products but this protein source didn't work for me. I have switched back to the turkey and his oily skin and gassiness has been resolved. However, his breath is another issue. May have been always foul. LOL. May 2, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Dog food Our German Shepherd continued to have bouts of diarrhea a couple times a month. The Vet had given us pills to give him which after a few days would harden his stools. We went to the Pet Eatery in Collegville,Pa. and one of the sales people ,a pet nutritionist recommended Zignature .Gone are the days of constant stomach issues . We were also advised to stop using chemicals on our lawn .Since we went organic ,not one case of diarrhea. May 4, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellant Food - No potatoes, No rice !! Our boxer boy - Bently - suffers badly with allergies. After we had him tested, his results came back as being allergic to almost everything !! Number one on the list as far as food goes is potato, followed by barley, rice, fish mix, pinto beans, oats, pork, liver, duck, beef, chicken, turkey - and so the list goes on.....The only food that tested negative was lamb and eggs. Where do I find a dry dog food with no rice or potato at a good price....... My search started - after reading through lots of the ingredients in the many dog foods on the market - I finally found Zignature...........yes !! -- Was this to be the answer to Bently's issues ??. He has been on this food for 3 months now and I'm pleased to say he has improved tremendously. The ingredients are perfect, his coat is shiny, he no longer has red itchy skin, his overall health seems to have improved. I occasiionally add an egg to his food. I would highly recommend this food - it certainly has helped our Boxer boy, he loves it. February 4, 2014
