Rated 5 out of 5 by Lisa4labz Within 2 weeks scratching stopped
I can tell how much my female labrador scratches by the amount of hair on my living room floor, her go-to when she has to scratch because it's the only room with carpeting. She was abruptly popping up in the middle of the night to go scratch and pounded so hard she'd wake the whole house up! She's been on Apoquel, which gave her some relief but it's still a drug, and several other things that were suggested but didn't work. I also tried several grain-free foods but this one was/is the winner so far. Within 2 weeks she totally stopped her outbursts of scratching and she is barely shedding. I started with the Trout/Salmon and now I'm going to try the duck because it's lower in sodium and protein, and even though she's 6 I don't want her on such a high sodium/protein food. As far as taste goes, being an English Labrador, she loves anything so that's not an issue.
As far as the reviewer that gave low reviews, this isn't puppy food, puppies should be on puppy food!

Rated 5 out of 5 by BoxerDad Great Product
My 2 highly allergic boxers do great on this Zignature product. Actually they do well on all of them. They just happen to like the Trout and Salman Meal and White Fish Formula the best. I guess they like fish. Stools are firm and their coats glisten
I just wonder what happened to the auto ship discount with this product. Now that it's gone, I can buy it cheaper at my vets. Chewy's is no longer the best deal for this product and I do believe in getting the best deal. I will continue to check prices on Chewy's as they may eventually bring back the discount. If you were getting the discount before and haven't looked lately you should check it out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tash So Far So Good
We were feeding our mastiff Evo, but I was told that the company decided to sell out of mom and pop feed stores and not on chewy anymore. I asked the rep to give me a few suggestions, and this was one of them. Our mastiff is allergic to everything under the sun, so I was reluctant to switch, but because I absolutely love the Chewy Team, I decided to make the switch. So far, our girl hasn't had any negative reaction at all. She's been on it for 3 weeks...and I'm pretty certain we would have seen hives or something by now. She loves the food and we don't really get the stubborn mastiff attitude at dinner time. I'll keep using this for now....hopefully she won't have any reactions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Becky29 Great for dog who has allergies
I have an english bulldog who kept licking his paws and scratching. Vet said it was food allergies. I was using Royal Canin and am slowly switching to this. His scratching has already significantly decreased. We seem to be headed in the right direction and the dog loves the taste! I like that the ingredients are more protein based.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tonka123 Happy Rottie! Good for dog with IBD
My 3 year old Rottweiler cannot wait for meal time! She has always been enthusiastic about food, but she really gets animated when I open up the bag now!
I have struggled with finding her the right food. Within the past year she was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease and I started feeding her high end limited ingredient, grain free dog foods. I noticed her outbreaks of digestive upsets lessened but they never truly went away. I started doing more research on different foods and found Zignature. No potatoes! Maybe the potatoes weren't ideal for her in previous foods.
She has been eating Zignature for 3 weeks now and she has not had any digestive upsets, she put on a little weight, and her skin and coat improved very quickly!
The price is moderately better than similar brands such as Blue and Wellness and you get a little more in the bag.
Only negatives are that the kibble is a bit small for her, and her breath smells fishy all the time. But that's ok with me if it means a happy, and healthy pup.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ben370 Dangerously high sodium in Salmon formula
My dogs became dehydrated within a few days of switching to salmon. I searched enough to find out that the salmon formula has more than 4x as much sodium as the white fish or duck. Food is great quality and very fresh but my dogs became dangerously dehydrated and could not drink enough water to compensate. DO NOT BUY THE SALMON.

Rated 5 out of 5 by happyincarlsbad Great food, great delivery
Zignature is a great food. My 100lbs and 6lbs dog both eat this. It is a little stinky because it is fish, but they love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kenai19 Great for the digestive system!
Our dog use to have gas all the time. Now he doesn't have any gas at all and his skin is healing from his grain allergy.
