Rated 5 out of 5 by Sakura Nice tight small stools!
ORIJIN was introduced to me as one of the best premium dog food, but my dog didn't think so. I fed it with chicken breasts, can food or steam salmon, she left all orijin. It was a big kibble for her so I even broke in 1/4, still she didn't eat them. One day I saw Ziwipeak in smaller bag than other dog food, it looked like treats and premium ingredients. I gave it to my dog, and she ate it...has been 4 years. A good source of nutrition, no need to feed like kibble dog food, stool is smaller and tighter. It may be more expensive than others, but I know my dog will eat and finish whole bag, well money worth it. It has 3 flavors, change it every month..my dog loves it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by deutschzilla I can't believe it
I have two dogs, a male mini-dachshund with diabetes and a female half chihuahua, half Chinese crested that's 13 years-old and very finicky. She won't eat anything but people food and even though our friend and veterinarian said leave the food out, when's she's hungry she'll eat it, she doesn't, I don't know, maybe she sneaks out, or orders take out from the back yard, but she just won't eat anything other than people food, and she's particular about that too; whatever... she's an old lady. I ordered the ZiwiPeak because after a ton of research into "better-than-the-best" dog foods, I figured I'll give it a shot. Not only does it not look like normal dog food, it comes with it's own little scoop, portion recommendations and a list of ingredients that's better then what I eat. Both dogs love it and we can't believe it. My chihuahua is bulking up a little and my dachshund it trimming down. Also, even though it doesn't say anything about it, my dachshund's coat, which was starting to get a little try has gotten it's old sheen back. Expensive. Very Expensive, but they are our best friends. Five stars to ZiwiPeak. Great job *****

Rated 5 out of 5 by OmaColo Some of the best dog food out there!
ZiwiPeak Venison is an excellent food. My dog has allergies, but with this food he has done very well. I love the convenience of the dehydrated food, and my dog loves the taste. I just wish it wasn't so expensive - but it is a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by starnaito Pricey, but worth every penny!
My dog has suffered severe allergies for the past two years. Rather than list out all the foods, products, vet advice, and medications I've tried in that time span, let me make a long story short: this food is hands down the best on the market. Over the past several months I've switched to a holistic vet, had an allergy test done, and did a lot of my own in-depth research. The new vet's first recommendation was a raw diet, regardless of what she was allergic too. So I started feeding a frozen raw diet; it did not work out and just aggravated her problem. It also got moldy too easily and I ended up throwing a lot out. When her allergy results came back, the list was insane. She was allergic to most everything dog food companies tend to use as filler (potatoes, oats, soy, dairy, rice, beans, etc.) and a number of other things. Though the frozen raw food was simple, oddly enough, it had two ingredients she was allergic to. After tossing that out, it was a challenge to find a dog food without any ingredient she wasn't allergic too. Then there was Ziwipeak - I was shocked while reading the ingredients and not running across a single allergy problem! They aren't kidding when they talk about quality ingredients and zero fillers.
In case you're wondering, I have to buy about two 11lb. bags a month in order to feed my 55lb. active Am. Staffordshire terrier. Yep, it is expensive. But compared to the endless shampoos, products, vet bills, supplements, and medications I've had to pay for during the past two years just to keep her from itching herself to death, two bags of Ziwipeak a month is a small price to pay. Within a few days after fully transitioning to Ziwipeak, she stopped itching. Now that it has been nearly a month, she has no more bumps and red areas, her skin is a healthy light pink, her hair has grown back smooth, and her teeth and ears are always healthy and clean. I can't wait for the next vet checkup and a clean bill of health.
Also, Ziwipeak has fantastic customer service if you want to contact them directly for any details before making the decision to switch. They sent me free samples and materials when I asked about the food. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by PhoebesSparks Great for dogs with allergies
My dog is allergic to TONS of ingredients (salmon, corn, soybean, rabbit, yeast, oat, rice, lamb, potato, peas and barley) so it is not easy to find food she can eat without cooking it myself. This is one of the few limited ingredient complete meals that really has "limited" ingredients. I also feed my other dog with it. They both seem to really enjoy it and "accidents" in the house have decreased. I was also happy that Chewey.com sent a full-size sample of freeze-dried turkey treats for them to try -- which they also love. I love samples. It's like Sephora -- for pets!

Rated 5 out of 5 Great Nutrician
Ziwipeak has a different consistency than I've ever seen before. Purchased for a very picky 3 lb. Chihuahua who refused it at first, but is now eating a bit of it since I broke the wafers up more. I love the fact it's a raw diet and so nutricianally packed. I'm very hopeful this is something we will continue to use.

My dogs love ZiwiPeak food. My dogs love the small bites that it has. I have Shih Tzus and the small bites suit them perfect. Venison is a great food for dogs because it diesn't cause allergies.
Perfect food for my babies.
