by DonnaC She just loves these " cookies "
My cat has had urinary problems for years. Two surgeries for crystals, blood in urine, slow flow, etc... She would starve before eating prescription wet food, so the vet suggested a grain free wet with cranberry, supplemented with a treat like these. Have tried three and these are by far her favorite. She has now gone over a year without an issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Brenda My cat didn't like it
I don't know that it's fair for me to say I don't recommend them, my cat didn't like them, they were hard as a rock, I even tried crushing it up and he still didn't want anything to do with it. I will keep searching for something he likes.

Love Chewy.com! The customer service reps the friendliest I have ever had! The hold time to speak to one is always under a minute!

Rated 1 out of 5 by LizBiz Something wrong with this product
My cat seemed genuinely interested in eating this treat (she has UT problems), but they are so hard that she literally couldn't eat it. They are hard as rocks. I checked the expiration date and they're still "good" for a long time, so it just seems like a bad product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Pippi69 My cats wouldn't eat them & they are too big and hard.
None of my cats would eat them. Too big and too hard. I cut them up. I tried to squash them on food. They would not mash. Waste of $$.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MaineCoonCatFan Hard As A Rock, Not A Chew!
I have used these for approximately 9 months for my Maine Coon Cat that had experienced a urinary tract blockage. The first few times I got them, although they are described as a "chew", they were fairly hard but he still liked them and would readily eat them. The last time I ordered them they were rock hard and had turned from dark brown to a lighter whitish color. I called Chewy and they happily sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was hard as a rock also, I cannot even break it up by hand. My cat sniffs it and will not even attempt to eat it, even after I cut it into small pieces with a knife. I believe this is a manufacturer's "quality control issue", as the product has an expiration date of one year from now so it is not a "freshness" issue.
