Babies won't use it
By MissE on Sep 7, 2021
I have four 3-week old kittens that needed some extra milk since Mama wasn't wanting to feed them very often. No matter which tip I used, none of the babies would use it. It's also hard to use; as soon as you tilt the bottle a little, all of the milk is out of the nipple and you have to push the nipple against something to get the milk back down into it before you can try again. You're not supposed to tilt the kitten's head back when feeding since they could aspirate, so the angles are all wrong when trying to use this bottle.

expensive for quality
By BriFerg on Jun 13, 2021
This brand is really not much different from the Hartz or PetAg so don't really understand why such a large price change. I thought it would be better quality but really is about the same. The funnels I have do not fit in the bottle opening like others. 21st Century has a bit larger bottle cleaner and this is really the only thing I see different. 21st Century has similar softer nipple material to Hartz, where PetAg has a more rigid/tougher nipple material comparatively. Sometimes the softer more pliable nipple is easier for the kitty to suckle but also it is more easily ripped by teeth or claws at the times when they are excited or accidently don't have it centered for optimal suckling This brand is really not much different from the Hartz or PetAg so don't really understand why such a large price change. Life Saver
By Carol on Jan 10, 2021
I ordered this product for my friend in Oregon, as, her Shepherd gave birth to a litter of puppies and the mama didn't produce enough milk to feed them. The smallest pup just wasn't giving enough to eat and seemed to be getting weaker every day,. she and her husband live a long ways from town and the weather was too bad to go anyplace so she called me and having bred dogs and exotic cats a few years back, I knew what she needed. J immediately contacted Chewy online and ordered the pet feeding kit to be sent to her in Oregon. With Chewy's quick shipping and great service the kit was delivered in just a couple of days and I am happy to say that all of the pups survived and are gaining weight and I ordered this product for my friend in Oregon, as, her Shepherd gave birth to a litter of puppies and the mama didn't produce enough milk to feed them. Not a pacifier for kitten weaned to young
By Sissy on Jan 1, 2021 top1000Contributor
I’ve been looking for something that would act as a pacifier for my kitten. He suckles my clothes and most anything else. I wanted to give him some kind of soothing experience. He would have none of it.

Keep on hand, just in case

Although, I no longer foster kittens...There is always someone who quickly needs kitten help. So I order these from time to time to help save precious kittens.

Better than others I've bought
By Gramma on Dec 1, 2020
I bottle feed many puppies and kittens for rescues and these are the best I've ever used. The variety of nipples is useful and they are soft and readily accepted by the fur babies.

Nice bottle set but the nipples are not for beginners.
By SevenHappyCats on Sep 20, 2020
I had never bottle-fed a kitten before, so it took several tries to get my kitten to drink safely from this bottle. There is a video online by the company which shows how to cut the nipples. They are not pre-cut, and my kitten chewed through the nipples after a few uses.
